Chris didn’t just sell me a car he made sure I drove away

Chris didn’t just sell me a car he made sure I drove away smiling (and not just because of the new car smell). No pressure great service and a few dad jokes. Once kids are ready for cars we’ll be going back.

Very professional clean dealership.

Very professional clean dealership. Everybody in the store was extremely nice other than your used car manager, Dan. I do not know his last name, but he had a bunch of cheesy tattoos.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Chris. From the moment we walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping me find the perfect vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions with patience, and never once made me feel pressured like I’ve been in the past at previous places. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but his honesty and transparency made the whole process smooth and 0 stress. My wife and I visited this dealership in hopes of trading

My wife and I visited this dealership in hopes of trading in my 2020 Dodge Challenger with low miles for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were met at the door by Sales Representative "Ron" who was friendly, warm, and welcoming. Ron was patient and very informative during the process of the test drive and even the paperwork. He allowed us to have the ultimate experience and we were very satisfied with his professionalism and wealth of knowledge. Ron made the experience super easy and we were offered beverages and lounging during our visit. Ron made sure to keep checking up on us and continuously updated us with different steps in the process while our new SUV was being cleaned and detailed for us. I highly recommend doing business with Ron, with his exceptional service, you wont have any regrets and will leave satisfied, and hopefully with a brand new vehicle!

Spoke with Chris via text and he was very understanding

Spoke with Chris via text and he was very understanding of my time and wasn’t not pushy whatsoever, which is my biggest pet peeve with the car buying process. We scheduled a meeting at the dealership, at first the numbers weren’t where I wanted them. He worked with me until we got a deal done and I was signing papers, happily.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer & had an oil

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer & had an oil & filter change. Their incompetence nearly caused my engine to blow. About 2 weeks after being serviced, my oil light came on while driving & my engine started idling roughly. I pulled over & saw oil dripping from the undercarriage & a sizable puddle on the road under my vehicle. I had lost 4 quarts of oil. Next morning, I had an emergency repair at another shop closer to me & was told that whoever changed my oil last, had cracked the oil filter housing & it had been slowly leaking since then, until it finally failed completely. The repair cost me $400. I tried several times to reach the General Mgr. to file a complaint & request reimbursement, but everyone I spoke to, from the online chat person to whoever would answer the phone, refused to give me a name or any contact info. I even tried the "Talk to the General Manager" link on their webpage where it says, "Whether you're having an issue or want to pay us a compliment there's nothing more important to us than feedback from our guests", which is a lie since I never heard from the General Mgr. A few days later, the Service Director called & said he couldn't reimburse me even though I had pictures & a statement from the other shop. I then filed a complaint with the BBB. The Service Director responded & said the only solution he could offer was for me to come in & talk about it. I replied that I was unable to because my elderly mother is disabled and I am her caregiver and it would cause me undue hardship to drive 30 miles with no guarantees. Also, I had recently been hurt in a bad car accident and was physically unable to drive until my injuries healed & there was nothing to talk about that hadn't already been said in our phone call & through the BBB. He again gave me the same response & the case was closed by the BBB. It's painfully obvious that customer service, customer retention or accountability for their actions aren't part of their business practices. If you'd care to learn more about this dealership's shady business practices and blatant and willful disregard for their customers, my complaint as well as 29 others have been filed with the BBB. It seems their answer to every problem is, "come in and let's talk about it".
