I found vehicle on line.

I found vehicle on line.. huge thanks to those services... dealer was apprehensive because I was not present. Refused to take a deposit to hold " 4 hour drive for me " however they made a verbal agreement to hold vehicle til I got there next morning. The vehicle was there as promised 👍 They had just got it in, all the reconditioning they offer was not done. As I was there to take possession. Vehicle was serviced. As far as cleanliness of vehicle.. no complaints from me... the previous owner had taken great care of a 10 year old vehicle. The second set of keys got misplaced... My salesman did locate them 2 days later and is mailing them to me. Again thanks for the internet marketing sources.. to help locate a desired vehicle. 👍

Sales has to jump through many hoops.

Sales has to jump through many hoops. That effort was painless and smooth. I knew which car I wanted and they had it ready for the test drive when I got there. During the process the car was cleaned very well before delivery. Follow up has been outstanding. Francisco R. did a great job making sure all the pieces fell into place at the right time.

Steven was great! He got us the price we wanted, delivered our vehicle because it wasn't ready at time of sale and has communicated well when I needed resolution to a couple small things. Would definitely recommend working with Steven and this dealership!

I was able to fill out the paperwork and get

I was able to fill out the paperwork and get pre-qualified which was quite helpful. Steven made sure that the car was ready when he said it would be and I was able to test drive it. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. We're definitely recommend to others.
