Very modern, clean and staffed by people who seem to genuinely care. Excellent service department. Sales people are not predatory or annoying. Overall experience was great for me, in buying the third Toyota from Findlay in the past 11 years.

We originally were working with Kyle, Internet Sales

We originally were working with Kyle, Internet Sales Manager, and he was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs. Steven was equally helpful and had a great attitude. He was courteous beyond belief, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough in making sure understood how to operate all of the vehicle's functions before we left the dealership. Overall probably the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Purchased a new 4Runner which they located out of state

Purchased a new 4Runner which they located out of state for me. When it arrived they made a number of offroad improvement modifications for me which, if done by a Toyota dealer, protects the warranty. They also installed a great power folding running board. Happy camper!

Bought last four new Toyotas from this dealer.

Bought last four new Toyotas from this dealer. Great experience, competitive pricing, no haggling experience. Bought last 2 Toyotas using Steve Baumer as salesman. Great experience, no pressure, does whatever is needed to complete the sale. Would definitely recommend to friends.

The greeters by the door desk were very rude.

The greeters by the door desk were very rude. Telling me I don’t have an appointment when I made one 2 weeks in advance from someone that called me. I bought my car at Findlay ,bought a service plan, and was there in time. They said I could wait after 13 cars are serviced or my an appointment which would another month. I was ready to walk. David Rodarte saw I was having trouble and took excellent care of me. Found my appointment right away asked what I would like to have done. I had to wait 31/2 hours then my car was way out in the parking lot but the service was done and even washed.

Everything was done accordingly.

Everything was done accordingly. Everyone was very curtious. The only problem I had was the wait time was longer than usual.

I own a 2023 Toyota Tacoma. Findlay has done my service using Jason as my service provider. Findlay treats me better than any other dealer. Jason is professional, knowledgeable and friendly! My vehicle is always done when promised. They’re the best!
