Findlay Toyota Prescott

Having owned a Solara for 23 years, I was already convinced that I would purchase another Toyota. Stephen was very helpful explaining the features that I was not familiar with.

Finley Toyota dealership in Prescott was a lovely place. Everyone was so welcoming and really helped us find exactly what we were looking for in our vehicle. Steven Baumer went above and beyond what any other sales did for us. Doing his best to get us everything we wanted in our price range. He also took many calls from me with a lot of questions and what ifs. Marcos the GMC also helped in the search for our prefect vehicle, answering some questions. Pauly who’s in finance made our sale an enjoyable time, very funny and really explained everything breaking it down on what was being paid for. I appreciate all involved. Thank you Prescott Toyota!!

I will never purchase a Toyota again based on my experience with Findlay Toyota. I feel i was totally ripped off. Just paid about $600 for a battery for my 2021 rav4. Just the labor was about $300. This is a 20 minute job, including diagnosis. Had a friend with me interested in a highlander. After hearing and seeing this rip off, he changed his mind in a hurry, and wanted nothing to do with Findlay.

Steven took his time with me and my husband. He spent alot of time with us to make sure we were happy. I would recommend Steven, and we will definitely be back to see him.

I had my Highlander serviced and was very impressed by their friendly attitude and service. They checked over the vehicle and didn’t find any issues. I will be going there again and tell others of their professionalism
