I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half to get my tires rotated. At an hour and a half i inquired about my highlander, and it had been done, with the paperwork on the desk of the write up person, sitting there, while she was at lunch? Had no idea how long it had been done, or if they would have notified me until the person came back from lunch????? Not a good FIRST IMPRESSION

They have always provided friendly and professional service both when purchasing a new vehicle and having my car maintained. I recently purchased a 2024 Venza. The salesman Emilio Alexis-Sparks was personable and knowledgeable. He was willing to work with us to reach a deal. He patiently went through all the car’s features with me so I felt comfortable driving off the lot.

Like a great steakhouse or amazing doctor you may have to wait to get in. Like those examples though it’s well worth it. You can go to other shops and get heartburn instantly. Not worth it honestly.
