I had an amazing experience at Pedersen Toyota. Megan was so knowledgeable and took the time to wall me through the different options for the Tundra; ultimately landing on my dream truck. Best new car sales experience ever.

Jeff Lee was our salesman and was very patient with our car buying experience. we started out looking at the Tacoma's and then realized it was not what I really wanted. We ended up deciding to go with a Land Cruiser. I contacted Jeff and told him our decision and he advised that there would be one in the color we wanted around the first of December. We were alright with that and asked him to keep us updated. Jeff was great he informed us that the car would be in early and gave us an approximate date it would be at the dealership. We drove away with the Land Cruiser November 14, after receiving a fair price on our trade in. Jeff was very professional, helpful and I would recommend him to anyone.

Took my 2025 4Runner in to the service department for its first oil change at 5k miles. I have been having an issue where my brakes squeal in reverse, which I know others are experiencing as well so I mentioned it to the service advisor, Justin. He then informed me that it would go away to which I told him it’s been a recurring issue for the last 3-4k miles and that I’d been doing research and knew others were experiencing the same thing. I asked that the issue be documented at least for future reference. Justin responded with “well you can find anything on the internet if you’re looking for it” i let the issue go, planning on contacting Mountain states service later to report it since they actually listen to their customers. Justin also informed me that the early mile oil changes are no longer a thing and that it’s a myth to change your oil on a new car so early. The older gentleman who checked me in though, I believe Frank or Dennis was their name was wonderful! I also overheard an advisor on the phone with a different customer later on asking them to reconnect a wire a technician forget to connect that was causing their engine to overheat.

I've had good experiences buying cars at Pedersen but cannot recommend their service department. It had degenerated over the years and now is just a complete waste of time and money. I had a Tuesday, 7:30a.m. appointment for checking out a check engine light problem which was due to failure to put the gas cap on correctly, and an intermittent failure of the TPS system. We only have 1 car, so I had to rent a car while my car was in service. I dropped my 2015 Camry off on Monday night so it could be worked on first thing Tuesday, I sent Casey a text Tuesday at 12:30p.m. asking what the ETA would be for completion of my work. He never responded! I called at 1:30 and spoke to him and he advised that they were still waiting for a tech to be assigned to my car. I told him I had to have the car by 3:00 as I was renting a car and didn't want it to expand into a 2-day rental, He said he'd expedite it. At 4:30 they still hadn't finished my car, but on checking with Casey, he said there wasn't a TPS problem. and the TPS display was working as intended. I explained (again) that the failure was intermittent and might have some correlation to colder temperatures. He promised to advise the tech to look into that aspect. I left my spouse at the dealership to go return the rental car, and about a half hour later she was on the way to pick me up. However, when she reached me, and I checked out the instrument panel. the TPS system was not displaying the tire pressures at all. Complete fail!

I did not buy anything, but when I visited the dealership, I found the employees to be friendly and helpful. The salesman I worked with was Mark and he was very nice and responsive. Despite the fact, the dealership was extremely busy that day, Mark came and met me within a few minutes of my arrival he was able to juggle several customers at once and allow me to test drive the vehicle I was seriously looking at.

Marcus said I would get a new windshield for my 2024 Toyota due to temperature causing a crack. That never happened, customer service gaslights you and only care about screwing you over financially
