Gerson Barahona, my service advisor was very helpful and

Gerson Barahona, my service advisor was very helpful and Honda did a great job repairing my Honda Pilot. They will fix any recalls, although there have been very few of those. They kept my car for several days waiting for parts and loaned me a car free of charge until I got my car back. I always use Big Star because the customer service and repairs are exceptional.

Sang was very nice & helpful.

Sang was very nice & helpful. I also got a chance to checkout your new remodel'd service area and even looked around at your new cars outside inventory. Nice to have car interior vacummed. I haven't been able to confirm where Right Rear tire that you previously patched, was moved to after rotation. If you can find out, that would be helpful. The video only said to front. Was it moved to Front LEFT or Front RIGHT ? Suggest this can be stated (which tire moved where) when you do tire rotations.
