Customer service needs to improve at the front desk. Often, guys look tired and overworked which may lead to poor Customer service. Premises are nice and new but often feel crowded in waiting room. Just my honest opinion.

I purchased my Honda in 2012, I am the only person who
I purchased my Honda in 2012, I am the only person who has driven my car, I noticed that my car was having problems starting, so I went to auto one and they said I needed an alternator, so I always go to a Honda dealership to repair my car, your technician said that my starting system was ok. Finally my car didn’t start long story short I paid you $195 , I knew something was wrong with the system and eventually paid for a starter and battery, I will never go back to your dealership
