Went in to have a leveling kit done, on my Tacoma, now my rear sags. This should of been caught before it left the shop. Just came back from a road trip, pulling a small trailer, which sags even more with the extra weight So now I have to figure out how too fix this problem which means another $400. And find someone that knows what they are doing .

This place is top notch. I bought a vehicle back in 2023. I called them to have them send me a picture of a truck that I wanted from them that had already sold. They informed me that I could have them do all the modifications at there shop. So I shopped the country and I bought a truck in Tennessee and had it shipped to Krietz Customs in Maryland. They fit me in, and I had it shipped to my house in Massachusetts. I was so impressed with how easy of a process this was. This company is top notch! My wife and I happen to be in Maryland for a wedding about a year later with my truck. I wanted to have new custom upper control arms done on it so I swung by and met all of the friendly people I had only met on the phone a year prior. I was so impressed that they were able to fit me in with the limited time we have. Thank you guys for being a company I can trust and count on. I wanted to Mention one of the sales team people Marlin, he was top notch. He showed me around the lot and we had a great conversation. They are selling lifted trucks that will not pass state inspection due to the wide tires extending too far from fender whale Spoke to “Wes” the sales manager after spending 50K plus on my truck from them and told him my truck failed state inspection and he offered to sale me a set of stock tires for $1,200 xxx? After spending that much money their trucks cant pass state inspection as purchased from their lot.

Marlon was great to work with no pressure got me the deal I wanted. If your looking for that one of kind truck or suv Krietz is the place to go. It is Christmas there everyday.

1 star is way too much for Krietz Auto. After 2 weeks of negotiating with several sales people and receiving my first purchase agreement to buy a truck, I called the sales staff and informed them that the purchase agreement was lower than we had originally discussed and told them that the delivery fees weren't included. I was trying to do the right thing by them. They said they'd send a corrected agreement. Then I was told they had mis-figured the delivery cost by quite a bit and were wanting to charge way more. I said that was not what we negotiated, that is when the Sales manager Westin says they are waiting on someone else's purchase agreement to come in and asked if I wanted a different truck. Westin says I can still have the truck if I give them 1000$ to retain the truck. If I had known about this fee it would've been taken care of. I had my bank just waiting for the purchase agreement and the process would've been completed. These people sent out multiple purchase agreements for the same truck. Not to mention I had talked to about six different reps from this company and not one person mentioned having to pay 1000$ for a retainer. My experience with Krietz Auto was a crap show and I had a substantial down payment and excellent credit. If anyone wants to see the text message thread please contact me.
