Just want to start by saying home awesome our experience was buying our new car from Krietz! If you are in need of a new vehicle be sure to check out Krietz! We worked mainly with Seth and he was great through every step of the process! Shopping with two kids can be challenging, but Seth made sure to answer all our questions, and even provided the kids with coloring books! Highly recommend Seth to anyone looking for a new vehicle! The establishment is super COVID cautious and even has private sanitized rooms for each client! Huge Plus!

Big Trucks Big wheels Big Rims!! Hey guys, can I tell you something? I would have to say hands down Krietz’s is one of the best if not the best car/truck/Jeep dealership in the DMV. Working in Pediatric Hematology Oncology it’s very important for me to have reliable transportation; why else would I drive 63.3 miles one way for service? I get so excited when it’s time for Ms. Q to have her checkup (oil change, fluids topped off, tire rotated) all the good stuff to keep her going. It’s been about 3 years since I brought my car from Krietz’s and I have gotten nothing but great service, from sales ( Hi Lisa ) to my own special service crew ( Hi Mr. Phil, Hello Krystal) You guys Rock. Oh yeah; there was this one time when I was getting my car service I became so overwhelm with joy, that was the day Mr. Charles R. Krietz Jr. (Charlie) walked in as I was sitting there waiting while my car was being serviced. I got so excited as if I was meeting a celebrity, it sure felt like he was. He is one of the nicest guys ever I thought to myself when he came over and shook my hand, super sweet guy. PSs… Wait don’t go, there is one more thing I want to mention. These Boys have some Great Toys! I always feel like I’m a kid in a candy store when I go to the shop. Just looking at the trucks all lifted and shiny, Krietz’s has got it going on. Oh, and the Rims, smh. I can’t wait until I graduate nursing school (I will be gifting myself). I am going straight to Krietz’s to purchase a lifted Jeep Rubicon with all the bells and whistles those black leather seats with that red trim, I can see myself now. However, I would probably need a step bar since I’m only 5’2. Anyway, if you are looking for some Bad xxx Toys with great customer service do yourself a favor, go to Krietz’s.

I had been looking for a very specific car for a long time, and I was really excited to find it on Cars.com. It was a weekend and while they were closed I sent a message to see if it was still available. Bright and early the next morning Abby reached out to let me know it was available and she would be able to answer any questions I had. We texted back and forth all Sunday. Monday morning she contacts me, as promised, with information I was looking for and before I know it, I was setting up an appointment to come buy the car! I explained I was coming from out of town and there were certain things I needed to get in place before I came, they were so willing to accommodate all my requests and ones I didn’t know I had! Abby, Lisa, Lindsay and Wes were so great to work with, so professional, so kind and accommodating and patient! I had my share of horror stories in buying cars and being from out of town I wasn’t expecting this to be any different. But it was. If I’m ever in the market for another car, I’ll check with them first! But hopefully no time soon ;)

This was my first out of state vehicle purchase. Had been looking for the right interior/exterior color combination but was difficult find. My experience with Tori Wolfe from Krietz Auto was nothing short of excellent. I had many questions throughout the process and she was extremely patient and professional.
