Once we got there we realized this was a top notch dealership and they were so wonderful to work with. Marlon, Gavin, and Lisa were so helpful from beginning to end. We couldn’t have asked for more. I have purchased a truck from this location on February 23rd. Today is March 14th and my truck has not even been shipped from the dealership. They were fast to close the sale before the end of the month but deliver has been a total failure on the part of Amy Jones, Lindsay and the general manager Nathan.

I was in a Harris Teeter parking lot and saw a beautiful truck lifted with fantastic tires. I asked the guy where he purchased the truck from and he said Krietz Customs. I started looking at the trucks and made my way from Virginia to the dealership. We test drove several trucks and ended buying a Ford F-150 and it’s awesome. There wasn’t any pressure and they let us drive as many as we wanted without making it feel like we were bothering them. Once we decided on a truck, the finance portion was easy and we got a better rate than my Credit Union. I would and will recommend Krietz Customs to anyone looking for a bad-ass lifted truck at a fair price and great customer service.

I will start out by saying I live in SC and made the choice to fly to get my dream truck from them. From my initial request on info for the truck/financing, all my questions were answered timely. From the moment I showed up to this dealership I was extremely happy with my choice to go there. Clean and friendly dealership, felt more like a casual hangout than the typical business pressure driven dealership. I was relaxed, offered water and all several times. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER DEALERSHIP WHO ENJOYS THEIR CUSTOMERS THAN THE KRIETZ AUTO FAMILY! Trust me Marlon Alvarado (Sales Rep) was my contact through email and phone calls to ensure I was ready to get my truck. Got my approval on a Friday afternoon and flew out Saturday. Was offered to be picked up at the BWI airport but had family so I rode with them. Weston Kandrick (Sales Manager) easy going gentleman who took and put a time to ensure that I understood everything about the truck and all the options(warranty, offers, financing) and made me feel right at home. Lisa Hildebrand (Finance) Sweet down to earth lady who makes you feel like you known her for years. My wife and I loved chatting with her during this process.All the paperwork was easy to understand and ready to go. There was no second guessing what I was signing. Gavin (Customs) I decided after I drove home to SC from MD that I may need some good running boards as I bought a lifted truck and me and my wife are both on the shorter end of the spectrum. Reached out to them as I had a couple options that were discussed with me. They found me the ones I wanted (AMP Research), got me financed and have them shipped to my home. Marissa (Customer Service) She helped me to electronically receive all document and financing to ensure my steps were ordered and provided me with on the spot texting and updates.

Bought an extended warranty for my Acura. After bringing it in for a transmission problem, service department said they would take to Acura dealer in Rockville. Krietz said the dealer serviced the transmission and to let it warm up for five minutes before driving, it may take a month for it to smooth out. They had it for days and I called and they said it was ready. Checked the miles to ensure it had been driven to Rockville and it had only been driven 4 miles. When I asked how this could be, they stated “Oh well we called Acura and that is what they told us to do. So they LIED to me saying they had it serviced at the dealer when it never left their shop. Paid $2000 for an extended warranty, what a rip off. Stay clear of this shady, misleading dealership.

Marlon and Weston were great explaining and getting me in the vehicle I needed. They were able to answer all questions, if not they found someone that could.

Great service! Found exactly what I was looking for. The first dealership I have ever been too, that we’re not pushing on you. I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends definitely!
