The car buying experience at Krietz Auto was flawless and efficient. Thanks to Tori and Krietz team for an amazing experience. We saw the SUV we wanted to buy from Autolist app and contacted using the app. After a few minutes Abby contacted us on text and email and set up a time to view the car. Once we got to Krietz Auto everyone was very welcoming. Our sales representative Tori was very knowledgeable and eager to assist us. We sat down and discussed trade in, general car information and the like. We wanted to test drive the car and she gave us the key with short period of time. By the time we got back our old car trade in value was ready. The sales manager Weston explained clearly about the finance processes, warranty options and other necessary information without pushing to sell. We can wait to come back for another car.

We were specifically looking for a used Escalade. Krietz has several to choose from. We went in to test drive and were greeted by Caitlin Thornton. From start to finish she did a wonderful job. The test drive went well. Zero pressure from the dealership. Over the next couple of days Caitlin checked in with us and answered all our questions in a timely manner. When we reached our decision, Caitlin came back to the dealership even though she had left for the day to ensure that our purchase went smoothly. Living in the DMV I normally purchase vehicles in Virginia because of the superior customer service I’ve received. This is the first time buying in MD and I have to say I’d recommend Krietz to anyone. Added bonus was the maintenance package offered at purchase at a significant discount.
