WOWZA! Mr. Jarvis is a GEM and I hope DePaula treats all their employees like he treated us. Customer service has gone out, but it was such an extreme pleasure working with Kwame! His approach and style is NOT a typical sales person, he was warm, kind, respectful and listens. He asked what we were looking for and went from there. He is the type of person you want to invite into your home. We are so excited for when our Traverse comes in. John the finance gentleman was awesome as well. Definitely DePaula is a winning business.
