We had a great experience working with your sales person Gabe. He was courteous and very friendly. He really helped us find the preowned vehicle for the cost and mileage we were looking for. If we had a question that he did not have the answer for, he was able to find an answer. If we need a vehicle in the future we would visit this dealership again.

Very impressed with Roanoke Motors and Big Mike
I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Big Mike at Roanoke Motors and I was very impressed with everyone at the dealership. Mike was excellent to work with and answered all my questions. Pickup was quick and easy and the Wrangler was clean and detailed. I will definitely be buying additional Jeeps from them.

Worst shop service ever
Terrible shop service, they pick and chose which vehicles they want to work on depending on what needs fixed. After getting my Jeep towed and signed papers for them to start tearing it apart, they called and said the shop supervisor did not want to work on my Jeep because it was a nightmare on the last one he did and refused to work on it. I would not recommend them.

Amanda, It is always our goal to provide our customers with the best service possible. Unfortunately, with your engine issue, it wasn't in the best interest of both of us to do the head gasket because it typically leads to more issues once the engine is torn into with the 3.7L. Too many mistakes
While the sales people I spoke with were nice, I got handed off between multiple sales people throughout a week long engagement negotiation the sale price of a vehicle. The problems came in, when it came time after agreeing to a deal, we started to process the paperwork. Issue one was for a $750 rebate, that after agreeing on the purchase price of the vehicle it was mentioned that it was conditional on me financial with Chrysler Capital....I had been up front this whole time saying this would be an all cash deal unless there was a significant incentive to finance. This issue was eventually resolved with the dealer providing additional cap cost reduction to cover the interest charges over the three months period required for the loan. So again we had a deal. Few hours go by and I provide credit information and my FCA Affiliate information, which had been part of discussion this entire time. Get a call back saying "were sorry but we had the car priced for employee pricing not Affiliate". Which raised the price by about $2k. Out of all the dealers (dozens) I have worked with over the past 10 years, this is now in my top five worst experiences. They get two stars and not one because they were pleasant to talk to at least

Don't buy Dodge and don't buy Roanoke motors
I bought a 2018 dodge grand caravan with automatic doors I have a disability that It causes severe pain to pull on the doors so I pay extra to get automatic doors. The doors frequently would not work leaving me to have to pull on them and cause severe pain and also they would keep trying to shut even with my body in the way. Roanoke service manager kept telling me they could not duplicate the problem do hence did not fix. I finally traded it in for a 2019 lost $5000 on the trade because of problems they could not fix well guess what same problems with the 2019 and now I find out when I bought the 2019 the salesman had me sign an Arbitrations agreement that I did not realize I was signing so am stuck with another vehicle they will not fix and can't even sue to get help. I filed with lemon law and they said I had a very strong case but when tried found I had been deceived and signed something I didn't realize what and am stuck. The bad part is I really liked the salesman and trusted the devil. So don't buy Dodge they will not stand behind their products or customers

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Terrible. I am in the home buying process and told them multiple times i would not want to do a finance app unless i knew it would only be one hard inquiry. They said in writing and over the phone they would only do one hard inquiry. I get 8 notifications of hard inquiries. I asked them to please stop and they gave me a hard time. Next thing you know the next day they ran 8 more hard inquiries. Really upset they wouldn’t be honest and didn’t show one bit of concern

2018 Ram 3500 Limited CrewCab
Bought a used 2018 Ram 3500 Limited CrewCab. Bob Souder was our sales person. He went above and beyond what was expected during the process. We were 200 miles away and he took pictures and inspected the truck and reported defects that were present. We agreed if the truck met our expectations that we would purchase the truck and we agreed upon the price. When we arrived the truck was everything we hoped and expected it to be after inspection and a lengthy test drive as this was a rather expensive truck we bought the truck. We left with the title in hand which is so often not the case these days. Normally you'd wait for the title to arrive by mail weeks later. The whole process was fairly quick and almost painless except for handing over a check. Lol. The dealership and especially Bob are highly recommended.
