Bought our 3rd vehicle from roanoke motors. Keep coming back because of the great service and good deals i haven't received in the past from another Chrysler dealer in the area. Bob is great to deal with

Excellent Dealership

My thoughts about Roanoke Motors

While I haven't recently visited Roanoke Motors for services, I wanted to let you know my thoughts. We have purchased several cars from you, always working with Bob Sauder.He is outstanding to work with!!!!! Very honest, friendly, concerned about our needs, price range, etc. I'm originally from a small Missouri town of less than 20,000 people. I always get that 'down home' feeling working with Bob. My husband brought many company cars purchased by his employer in for routine maintenance. Due to the great, honest service received then, my husband decided Roanoke Motors would be the place we would purchase our vehicles. They've never, ever disappointed us. Thanks, Bob, and thanks, Roanoke Moters!

I didn’t actually purchase a vehicle, I was asking questions through email before I made the drive out there. I explained my situation and asked what, if anything, they could help me with. The guy I was talking to just seemed annoyed with me and responded with short answers. Thanks for the help

Finding the car for us

Shopping for a ‘new’ used car can be fun or stressful. Plan on spending time on this because it is a lot of money spent in the end. Bob was the Internet salesperson we dealt with. He was friendly and went out of his way to assist us. He was busy with another family searching for the perfect car match too. He let us take a test drive by ourselves. He gave us alone time to confer. When the looking and buying process was taking a long time, he recommended a place to eat. Yummy! In the end, the paper work was accomplished efficiently. We drove home with our new used vehicle and were pleased with the process. Thanks!

?2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT?

I purchased a lovely used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. I was looking for two weeks for a specific SRT color. I wanted the exterior color to be Velvet Red Pearl with the signature Laguna leather in the Dark Ruby Red interior. My husband said good luck you will never find it. A dealership in pa where I live said ?if you find one that would be a gem ? you just don?t find them in that color combination.? I?m a determined girl with a little prayer and hope two days later HAHA- I found it!!!! The vehicle came up on my online search. After calling Bob he confirmed that he did indeed have it on his lot and I could see it. Living 810 miles away, it was important to me to ask and get a honest answer on all my questions I had before flying out there to be disappointed. When I arrived at the air port I was picked up by a Bill a driver from the dealership, what a sweetheart! We talked the whole 30min drive to the dealership. The SRT was parked in the front ready and waiting for me to test drive. Bob ran over all the highlights of the car and I was already sold. It was everything I expected. Bob is very personable and easy going another sweetheart. Bob also took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. Everything was so quick and professional including all the paperwork done by Aaron. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would highly recommend Roanoke Motor Company. It was worth the flight over and the 12hour drive back which I made on the same day after I bought the car! We are absolutely in love with our new SRT! God bless you all and thank you so much? Terrible Dealership

Sold a car that the sales manger knew that I was interested in purchasing without any notice to me when I spoke with him previous day..Then next morning he tells me its sold...Very annoyed and upset at this AWFUL dealer!!

Great Dealership, Prices, and People!

In the last week I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram. I'm extremely happy with the truck and felt like I was treated right and wasn't pressured at all. They gave me what I expected on trade, I can tell they understand treating people right makes repeat business. Bob Sauder helped me out this time and was really patient and a lot of fun to work with. Very transparent in how the deal was calculated. Previously another salesman helped me (can't remember his name) and he was a good guy too. Same with the boss man and Opie in financing. I've bought a ton of cars and this is my favorite dealership by far. It's really defined itself as the place I buy my vehicles!
