My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle, I found the one I wanted at Roanoke Motors. I called was transfer d so politely and professionally by the receptionist who before transfer ask d how my day was going. I was then transferred to a salesman named Ryan who blew me away as a salesman. I spent some time as a car salesman so I knew what to expect and or what should take place. Ryan took his time with this deal bring prompt with questions I had regarding the vehicle I was interested in. The sales manager was a salesman not a car collector meaning he was willing to meet me on the price I wanted for the truck. I ventured to the dealership was met at the desk by the lovely receptionist she summoned Ryan and he greeted my wife and I with a great handshake and friendly "how was the drive down". We proceeded to test drive the vehicle was everything, buying process was smooth and the entire staff was friendly. The owner came and shook my hand and thanked me for my business something that didn't happen where I worked. My wife loves my Durango so much that we are now looking for one for her. Great dealership, great salesman, great management.

One phone call was all it took to get the price I wanted and the financing I wanted. One. phone. call. The deal for my 2016 Jeep Trailhawk was effortless from beginning to end. I showed up at the showroom on Saturday, and Bob Sauder greeted me, remembered everything we talked about, gave me the keys to test drive the vehicle, and went out of his way to make sure it was everything I wanted. Bob showed me to the financing office and (I cannot remember the man's name) went through the paperwork in less than thirty minutes. These people know what they are doing, and they want you to have the car of your dreams with no hassle. Bob, in the meantime, took the vehicle to the shop and had it washed and filled with gas after giving me a cold drink while I hung out in the showroom. But that's not all. Bob then got in the vehicle with me and showed me how to use all of the electronics in the Trailhawk - which was a minimum of another thirty minutes. If you buy a car anywhere else, you are probably paying too much. This same vehicle at another dealer was 3000 more with no negotiation.

I stopped by to look at a Red 2016 Dodge Challenger Scatpack Shaker with a 6.4 Hemi- I worked with Bob Sauder, and he was great. From the initial no hassle test drive to the financing- everything was great! I highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a new car. I will definitely be back to buy my next vehicle there. PS- and I definitely recommend a 6.4 Dodge Challenger- a great car!

I traveled 170 miles to Roanoke from Southern, IL to have minor recall service work performed on my 2013 Viper. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership that worked around my schedule on a Saturday. The Technician is an expert, the service Advisor (Rick Hammer) and entire staff is more than accommodating and offered me a loaner car to go out for lunch. They went the extra mile and corrected a couple minor items to my car without an extra charge. This is a top shelf business model built on old fashioned ethics to "take care of the customer".
