They had a used 2013 Fiat Pop 500 listed and I had many questions for them. I sent an email and Bob Sauder got back to me very fast. He answered most of my questions and the ones he couldn't he said he would get me the answers. The next day he had all the answers for me and Dennis the service manager also called me to answer a few questions. I was satisfied with the answers and decided to make a deal with them. Very easy to deal with and no hidden things. This deal was all done with email and phone as I live 130 miles form Roanoke Motors. Aaron got me a great interest rate. I told them we we would be there to pick the car up and they had all the paperwork ready and, it couldn't have been any easier. No games, or gimmicks. An honest place and people to do business with. This is the way all car buying should be.

This was our first trip to Roanoke Motors and Bob Sauder made our Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase very easy. From the moment we stepped in the showroom we felt very welcomed and at ease. Bob was able to find the exact vehicle we wanted in Wisconsin and in two days we were driving it home. The no pressure sales was what we liked the most - time to think about our purchase with all of our questions being answered. Bob and all the staff at Roanoke Motors are wonderful. Bob Sauder was our Sales Consultant. Living almost 45 mins away I was happy to deal with someone who was able to work out a deal over the phone (less than 20 minutes total on phone and only two calls to finalize). With little left to finalize at the dealership, I was out the door with a new Jeep in less than an hour. We got a very fair price on both our trade and purchase price. We are very pleased with our experience and will be contacting Bob first on any future purchases that involve a car he is able to sell.
