I have been looking for the 'right' used Jeep Wrangler for 2 years. When I emailed about the Jeep for which there were no pictures, two Sales Representatives sent pictures within minutes. I also got emails from the Sales Manager and the Variable Operations Director providing dealer information and asking if I needed any further assistance. From that point I interacted with one Sales Rep. who promptly provided more pictures and answers to specific questions I had. I researched and debated for a week before making my purchase decision. I was not bothered with daily emails for the dealership. I was assured I would not get any 'surprises' after my four hour drive to purchase the Jeep. To my relief, the Jeep was exactly as described. The entire staff at the dealership was courteous, friendly, and accommodating. This is a no hassle, no haggle, no pressure dealer. To my mind this is the best way to buy a vehicle, provided the pricing is spot on. Based on my many hours of shopping for a Jeep, I believe I paid a very reasonable price for this Jeep. I will recommend this dealer without hesitation for the purchase of a used car.

Enos Miller, the salesman, to whom I committed to buy a 2011 Tahoe, and Kyle, the financial consultant, supposedly were preparing the paperwork to send UPS overnight when I discovered the dealership had sold the vehicle to someone else, having led me on for several days. I discovered the unethical behavior when James, a manager of sorts, told me after I called to ask bank info to send an electronic check.
