Bob and I had to replace both of our cars within a few

Bob and I had to replace both of our cars within a few months of each other. We had a super positive experience with Michael Horrocks when we were looking for Bob's car so naturally went back to him when I needed one. Once again we had a great experience, Michael helped me stay within my budget and get a great car. I will be happy to send anyone I know to see him. I would say he provides great service and I know I would go back to him if I needed another car. Thanks Michael and I love my car! Becky Farrell

Droped the car at 9 am and waiting for three hour no

Droped the car at 9 am and waiting for three hour no report came suddenly i saw my car pulling into the garage after three hours. They need to give morr priority and respect the time. If they were busy service advisor should let the customer know. We are not come here to waste our time. No one tolerate waiting 3 hours for diagnose the vehicle.

I am hearing impaired.

I am hearing impaired. A lady is friendly worker accept my written communicate with easy-going with her little sign language gestures. they do follow what I want the service do oil change with new filter and rotation tires. Neat waiting room while watch tv with tele caption. thank you

Extremely rude management.

Extremely rude management. Buyer beware. Received my loan statement to find out there was extra things added to my loan balance! Do not shop here

If i could write a 0 star, I would.

If i could write a 0 star, I would. I called about a suv weeks ago and they said it needed service before a test drive. I said make sure you call me once it's done and I'll come out immediately. I received no response and asked if they made any progress and they said they sold the vehicle. Just shows they dont care about treating people right.

Not a good experience.

Not a good experience. Spent four hours waiting for service only to be told they could not service my car. Could not recreate the problem of my car ignition not shutting off properly when this is known problem with this model and similar vehicles. Clear description of the problem on numerous internet searches including a class action suit. Now forced to go to a different shop to solve the problem. Poor customer service and support.
