I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. they miss diagnosed my husbands truck and charged us $500 and then did not return the $500 for misdiagnosing or put it towards the price of what they say is the new correct diagnosis. The new diagnosis will cost $2500 according to them. so now we are in the hole $3000 for a brand new 2017 truck that they say was bad fluid. Not one salesperson said we had to buy GM a fluid not one. We bought the highest grade blue def on the market just not GM brand because we didn't know it existed. but the fluid we used is GM certified hmmm? So now the extended warranty we paid an extra $3000 is apparently void since we used a gm certified fluid and not gm fluid. the truck was supposed to be done Thursday now it won't be finished till Monday and they don't even have a car for us to use in the meantime. We will never buy a Chevy product again.

Not Trustable
The car I bought is nice but it was not as described on the internet. They said they would make good, but all lies. Its been 3 months and I have been lied to so many times I lost count. Buyer beware.

I really appreciate Marcio’s effort to satisfy me. I was looking for a new pickup truck with a reasonable price in 500-mile radius around Chicago. Most of dealers in these days bump up vehicle prices by adding questionable add-ons for ridicules prices. Add-ons, which they completely refuse to remove. I end-up purchasing my truck from Ron Marhofer Chevrolet in Stow OH, where Marcio was my great salesman, which I truly recommend. Here, in Ron Marhofer Chevrolet, the truck price was also slightly bumped up while signing final documents, however after some negotiations, we were able to remove it.

No service after purchase. Typical.
sold me a leaking 2018 Murano. the roof leaking that is. the entire backseat-rear cargo ceiling is soaked and they seem to be fine with that. salesman stopped responding and all marhoffer locations refuse to call me back on resolving the issue. purchased 1 week ago! stay far far away!

Careful
Be careful they don’t let you know everything unless you remember to ask. Also “a lot of the used cars only have 1 Key” so if you misplace it you are out of luck. I was told they don’t have certified vehicles there yet on line they list it as certified. They don’t try to help at all once the sale is made. Our finance person there did a good job. It was our salesman that I was most disappointed in. Nice guy up front and then one thing after another.

Bottom line over customer service.
Ron Marhofer chevy is willing to end a string of sales from my family and neighbors over two hundred dollars. my son was told he would get two hundred dollars back from a delayed payoff then they said they couldn't give it to him ? No problem there are plenty of other chevy dealers out there.
