Drove from Ashtabula ,Ohio 1 1/2 hours away Met with Rajesh my salesmen .He had the car waiting for me out front .Took for test drive came back made the deal ,Then met with finance lady Michaelle she got me the best interest rate on my Ford Taurus .I rate both them and the dealership a five star for me would recommend them and the dealership to others ,My next car purchase would be here . Purchased a 2014 VW Jetta from Ron Marhofer Nissan on 12/17/2017. Their pricing was exceptionally competitive, so I took a chance to drive 240 miles down from Michigan to consider a purchase. It was worth it: Front to back, sales to service, this dealership is a "class-act". Everyone was kind, receptive & responsive to my needs and questions. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase a car; nor did I sense any used-car dealership "shadiness" from anyone. Customer-first mindset with great staff from my first call. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a purchase on a new or used car.

I went to Ron Marhofer Nissan without an appointment and was immediately greeted by Josh Henderson. Josh was very friendly, polite, and professional. He was able to pull up the vehicle I wanted to look at without any of the run around. While I was test driving the jeep, he had my jeep taken to be appraised by Kevin Mcbryer. I feel as though Kevin gave me a very fair price and almost matched what I wanted for my jeep. He did give me a price very similar to kelley blue book. He was also kind and professional. After deciding this was the jeep I wanted, we started the process. Crystal Drescher was the employee who dealt with all the finance. She was also exceptional. I was able to get my dream jeep. I did have to however, come back to get a part fixed. I originally made an appointment for a different day, but josh was able to get me right in to have the part fixed. Josh washed and cleaned up my new jeep perfectly before I drove it off the lot. I would highly recommend Josh, Kevin, and crystal without any hesitation. I will always do all my car buying at Ron Marhofer with these three.
