No hassle! Fast! Friendly! Honest! Kyle Grimes was excellent. He treated me as if my used car purchase was the most important sale he has ever made. I highly recommend Ron Marhofer for a car purchase. Everyone was pleasant, polite and very helpful.

First let me say, we started our Car Buying process off at Vandevere. We had a very bad experience with them. They didn’t care for us so we took our money elsewhere. We went to Marhofer and were blown away with their customer service, willingness to work with us to find the right car, and patience. Our sales partner was Brian Wells. He was great. Our finance person was Michaelle Schondel. She was great. We will continue to buy cars through Marhofer.

Seriously, hands down the best dealership we have ever dealt with. We bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee for my husband. I spotted a Jeep Patriot for me but wasn’t really in the market. I kept my eye on it and went back in under two weeks. Super easy process with my trade in and purchase. In and done in less than 2.5hrs total. Painless transferring and loan process. Fair trade in with exactly what we expected. And again, went for the same sales man, Kyle Grimes because he’s so professional, to the point, courteous and patient. They’re prices reflect the best around because they can keep things low with all the return business that comes back. I’m recommending Marhofer to everyone.

Great overall experience. My only complaint is that two days later my car needed a part (an upgrade) and the part is not in stock anywhere in the USA....it's on back-order. Sure would have been nice if they had told me this!
