When buying a car across state lines there’s always a level of uncertainty on how the deal is going to work out. Robert put my mind at ease and made it as easy as possible. We worked out numbers before I was even required to leave the house. The whole way, I knew it was going on and I knew what to bring. Would totally recommend this by experience to others. Nate in finance did a great job as well!

Found a vehicle online and contacted the dealership, spoke with Cj. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He made the process of setting up an appt to view and test drive the car very easy. He was able to answer all my questions and I liked that I didn’t feel any pressure from him. He truley went above and beyond throughout the whole process (and even after) with a follow up phone call to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Cj (Gran) to anyone you’ll get great customer service. Thank you Cj!

The best dealership I have worked with. My salesperson Raj listened to what I was looking for. I went to the dealership to look at a new car at first. That is not what I wanted....Raj and the dealership did not high pressure me to reconsider. Other dealerships I went to were incredibly pushy on just getting a sale...they did not listen. Raj was excellent to work with...answered all my questions and concerns. Ron Marhoffer is competively priced for their cars. I have been looking for a year for a car and very satisfied with my used Nissan Murano purchase. Thanks to Raj...he is a great salesperson to work with!

Dave was excellent. I came and already knew what I wanted but he was so knowlegable! He definitely made it an easy decision! His service was above and beyond what I could have imagined. This is not your typical car dealership. Being a female it can be intimidating going to a dealership but Dave made it a great experience. It was like talking to a friend,he was not pushy or anything. I honestly felt like he wanted the best car for me. Dave made a customer for life!

Found a car on Autotrader, went in today and bought it. Dealership has a friendly vibe and I did not feel pressured to make a decision once. Rajesh did a great job helping me out with everything and Nate in financing was super helpful.

We saw a car on autotrader, called, they set up an appt, Josh had everything ready when we got there, very polite, laid back and not at all pushy. I don't think we have ever had a more painless experience.

I was not sure if I wanted an Nissan Rouge, but once I got there and found the one I like and test drove it i love it. Mike gave us awesome customer service experience.

From the second we walked in we not only felt welcome, we felt as though the staff was listening to our wants and needs. David was able to put us in a car that we loved on the first try, and he and Nate walked us through the purchasing process step by step so we never felt overwhelmed or hurried. We also were given a much better deal than either of us thought possible!

Been shopping at Marhofer for years, having bought or leased my last 6 cars from them. The sales and service team are amazing and I've had the same salesman for years. Robert at Marhofer Nissan is always available to answer all of my questions. Will continue to go for years to come.
