Good car buying experience
Great customer service. I worked with two Ron Marhofer Dealers and they were both helpful, friendly and had good customer service. The on-line pricing was good as well.

Great people and great customer service
Upon walking in we were greeted by friendly people and once finding the car I wanted they worked with the bank to get me the rate and payment i wanted. CJ is very personable and professional, I would recommend the team at Ron Marhofer Nissan.

Upon walking into Ron Marhofer Nissan, I was greeted by all the employees in such a friendly manner. I went there with my own doubts about my credit, but Brian in sales never had any doubt about me. He worked very hard at helping me figure out what I wanted and not what they wanted to push on me. Michelle was very hard-working at getting me the payment that I can afford and be happy with my awesome new car! The rebates and specials we're so good that I actually got what I wanted! Finance Staff promptness and customer service inad
Bought a Nissan Sentra. Had my own financing through USAA. Went in on July 3rd(Tuesady). Financing documents should have been fax or emailed prior to me leaving the dealership. USAA did not receive the documents until Thursday at 4pm. I gave the dealership the benefit in that the 4th of July holiday. It took more than a week to complete a transaction. Besides, I was not given a courtesy call when the vehicle was ready for pickup. To top it off I had to stop and get gas on the way home. It was on empty. I have bought four cars using USAA for financing. I have always walked out the door with the car on the same day of purchase. I will not refer this dealer to anyone.

Fast and easy
Very friendly people and quick to help. The prices at this delaship are so competitive that I had to go in and ask him if there was something wrong on the website. Amazing prices!!
