Absolutely blown away in a positive way. My wife and I went in to get her a new car and there was ZERO pressure, stalking or any feeling of being watched from afar. Our salesman Kyle, outstanding gentleman, greeted us at the door to the showroom as we approached to enter. After a few general questions he was able to assist us with finding the right vehicle that we were looking for. Kyle did an outstanding job getting all the paperwork done in a very efficient and timely manner to include a set with a trade in and one without. After he did his part, we were passed along to Todd in the finance department, who also did an outstanding job. Todd went well beyond my expectations to work through our hiccup and get everything all approved and finalized so we could get our new car. By the time everything was finished the dealership was closed, but again, Kyle was very thorough and went over every nut, bolt and feature with my wife. Thank you Kyle and Todd for everything you guys did and taking a little extra time to get everything worked out, you guys are awesome.

Josh and Cameron are great! Shopping for and buying a car is my least favorite thing, they made it so easy and didn't make me feel pressured at all. I would have bought a car sooner had I gone to Ron Marhofer Nissan first.

From my initial contact everything was friendly and professional. I was told Brian would meet me upon arrival, he did. From there he listened to my wants and needs . I test drive what I wanted and Brian wanted to make sure I was getting everything i wanted, no pressure just serving my needs. I traded in my car to lease a 2018 Nissan Rogue. Brian Wells was hands down the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with. He was completely transparent throughout the entire process and did his best to offer me the most he could for my 2013 Chevy Cruze. CLASS ACT! Worth the two hour drive from Pittsburgh. From the moment I phoned the dealership to inform them that I was driving two hours to look at a jeep and by the time I left with the jeep the service was beyond fantastic. This included the sales consultant Rajesh, the sales managers (Kevin and Mike) and the finance department (Michaelle and Brett). The deal on the vehicle was a great price. The finance department worked at getting me the best rate, the car fax was readily available and the kindness of every person (this included employees that weren't working with my family) exceeded any dealership I've ever been to. Everyone waiting was offered something to eat from the snack basket, water, coffee or sodas (this is nice when I've been on the road traveling). I felt like a guest in someone's home. The vehicle was extremely clean with enough gas that I didn't have to stop on the drive back home. My experience was beyond what I expected. I appreciated the kindness from everyone at the Nissan dealership. This dealership IS DEFINITELY worth the drive.
