My salesman was Josh he made the experience of buying a car a relaxing one because I was unsure about the whole process of buying a car again but by the end of my appointment . I got a great deal for my trade and a great price on a 2015 Nissan Rogue .I was so happy with my experience I told my friends and family to go there and ask for Josh he was knowledgeable and courteous., In my opinion it's a great dealership . Every time I come back, the process is easier and easier. These guys have it figured out. Never have I been so happy during the buying process after visiting other dealers. I was working 12 hour shifts everyday the week I decided on the car I wanted at Ron Marhofer Nissan, and could not make it to the dealership to sign all my papers to purchase the vehicle I wanted, and was afraid I would lose it. Dave Seymour actually came to my work on his day off to let me sign the papers to finish the purchase, and the next day the car was waiting for me nice and clean for me to take home. Found the truck on line and did a my homework up front so I knew what I wanted and the price was attractive. The pictures online were accurate. Everyone at the dealer that helped me, Phyllis on the phone, my salesman Dean, and finance guy Brett did a great job. I don’t usually like to buy cars because of the stress of the whole thing but this was a very good experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Robert, aka Bobby. Let's face it, buying a car can be an overwhelming experience and you can feel pressured by the grease monkey salesmen. Robert took the stress out of buying a car by being professional, yet laid back, and very knowledgeable. He had a great sense of humor too, which made me feel more comfortable. I was able to be upfront and honest with him about my budget and what I wanted, and he kept me involved every step of the way as I signed my paperwork and took ownership of my vehicle. He was extremely thorough in making sure I understood the features of my new car and advised I could always call him with any questions after leaving the dealership. Whether you are just looking or ready to pull the trigger, I cannot recommend Robert enough - he put me in a great car at a price that I can afford - what's not to love?
