Came here to see about purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle. The service we received from our sales person Josh and our finance officer Bretty was out of this world. Both were genuine and caring and helped alleviate our worries about the purchase process. It was probably the easiest and most relaxed car purchase I've ever been a part of. I purchased a used car today at Ron Marhofer. I purchased a used Altima. I had done research online to find the car I wanted. I walked through the front door and was greeted by Josh. Within a few minutes he had pulled up the car I was interested in. I told him what I was I wanted and he found another car that for my needs. I drive both and made my decision. Josh was able to give me a price within a short time. I left to think and made the mistake of going to another dealer. I wish I hadn’t. The other dealer was high pressure and awful. I ended up going back to see Josh to buy the car. I was greeted again and given a drink. The purchase process was smooth and easy. The atmosphere was relaxed and helpful. The price was as advertised. I had purchased my last 5 cars from another dealership. From now on I will buy with Josh at Marhofer. The whole team at Marhofer is great.
