My wife and I just purchased a new Sentra from Dave at Marhofer Nissan. The entire process was informational and enjoyable. Dave went over every vehicle that we had an interest in, showed us all the different incentives and payment options, and worked hard to make sure we were happy. The whole process was enjoyable and Dave worked hard to earn our trust and get us the best deal he could.

Great experience!
My salesperson Davon Sumser was excellent. I did some research before coming in, but I was still unsure about what I wanted. I test drove 4 cars , the one I purchased (2013 Mazda) twice. Davon gave me helpful advice and respected my budget. He was patient and there was no pressure. I think I got a good car for the best price I've seen. An overall terrific experience!

The best place to buy a car in Cuyahoga Falls!!

Fantastic Salesman - NOT Mr. Pushy - Ask For Josh!
Josh Henderson was a very helpful salesman. He wasn't Mr. Pushy like other dealerships, Josh was very transparent and he understood my needs and was able to put me into the right vehicle. After I purchased the Kia I noticed a scratch on the side of the car, right away Josh had someone fix the scratch. Little things like that are reasons I will recommend this dealership to others and the professionalism they demonstrated.

Awesome truck-buying experience
I had been searching for a new or slightly used Nissan Frontier for quite a while and had visited several dealerships. It wasn't until I visited Ron Marhofer Nissan and was greeted by salesman Michael Patterson that I knew I was in the right place to purchase. Mike did everything in his power to make sure my wife and I had a pleasant experience. He answered all of our questions honestly and he treated us with dignity and respect. We ended up buying a new 2016 Frontier at a great price, and everything from the test drive to the trade-in negotiation to the signing of paperwork was a positive experience. I would definitely recommend Ron Marhofer Nissan and Michael Patterson to any of my friends looking for a Nissan.

LOVE Ron Marhofer Nissan.Love Leaf's.Thanks, Dave!
I am so very happy that we pulled into the lot and were referred to Dave at Ron Marhofer Nissan! We had spent the morning being harangued and trapped by used car salesmen and I had just about given up squeezing car shopping into my days off. We were hot, tired, frustrated and mad. Until we got to Marhofer. The gentleman at Ron Marhofer didn't have anything on the lot like what I was describing, but he was friendly and suggested some other places we might try, and as I was leaving I mentioned, I really wish we could get one of the electric cars I've been reading about, but I can't afford a Tesla and I don't *think* the range on a Leaf can handle my commute. He suggested I check in with Dave Seymour at their Ron Marhofer Nissan store. "Dave LOVES Leafs," he said; "I think he owns like three. He can tell you whether it might be able to handle your commute. I don't know, but he's the best." And he could, and he did. Dave Seymour helped me to pick out my wonderful new Leaf! I LOVE owning an electric. It is handling my crazy, diverse commutes just fine. He helped with everything. They were not pushy, they were not being "car dealers". They were just being ordinary people. Who really like electric. :) Dave owns his Leafs and he upgrades as the new ones come out so that he can tell you the quirks of any of the models. He REALLY uses his. He over fills it with stuff (like me), drives it in all conditions (like me), and runs it everywhere (=D). He helped me to know what to expect. I've never had a car like this. The dealership doesn't work on commission and he stayed after to show me all the cool new gadgets and perks...the dealership was closed and he was still helping us (and a friend of his, also a proud new owner of a Leaf) to set up our Bluetooth-phone connection and understand the icons on the dashboard (most fun ever, which of us can 'earn more trees' in a drive home). They provided the best deal, the best loan options, the best coverage, the best follow up on regular service and tune ups. They were kind and supportive and it was easy. We got a really great deal and a great rate on the loan. Dave gave us his email and his cell number in case we ran into trouble adjusting to an electric car. He helped us get the right apps on our phone and googled around a bit extra to help me work out the details for my three longer commutes. It is fun and they are epic. The best part is breezing past gas stations. I really like that. You know how they say 'own a home, it's less than renting'...Own an electric. Our car payments are half what I used to spend on gas. Ask for Dave Seymour. Sometimes, when you're going downhill a lot and earning miles back on, you think you could go forever. We keep joking about perpetual motions machines. And charging it is so easy. I really appreciate Dave's enthusiasm for the cars, the trend toward electric and the service at Ron Marhofer Nissan...and I LOVE my new Leaf!
