Test drove a 2018 BMW 330ix that was listed for $17K on

Test drove a 2018 BMW 330ix that was listed for $17K on Edmunds, but the dealer's asking price was $18K plus $400 in processing fees. Asked for a final offer for a retired senior citizen on 12.6.25. The dealer texted a quote that also included $1K for 7 year interior & exterior warranty that was not needed. When I reqested a final cash offer with no extras like the warranty & processing fee, the dealer's sales consultant never responded. So much for trasparency & no haggling buying experience as listed on ots website.

People are always friendly, courteous and professional. The waiting area is comfortable although I do miss the real coffee and occasional donut. Seriously, I wouldn’t take my car any other place.

I had a service failure ( P2004 code) which came up the

I had a service failure ( P2004 code) which came up the IMRC Bank 1 stuck in the open position. RMN confirmed the code and were able to arrest the issue in 36 hours. Installing the new manifold toot sweet.

They Never gave me my Bmvregistration, & when i asked them to email a copy, I was told they're too busy. Registration was NOT behind 45 temp tag either. Didn't get my loan information right away. Plus they added dealer packages I didnt get detailed explanation on original warranty. the dealer add-ons accelerated the actual purchase price, revisited finance mgr &got in depth explanation of why, though expensive, added warranties remedy stress of repairs if something happens minus those warranties. not happy with lenders choice, very high rate & lenders papers explained dealer listed wrong interest rate.v 20, 2025 Morticia Adams Professional, courteous, customer service. .
