The XT4 continues to be available in three trim levels: the basic Luxury, mid-tier Premium Luxury and top-of-the-line Sport trim.
The XT4’s exterior sees some changes this year, including new standard LED headlamps and taillamps, a new honeycomb-patterned grille and an updated lineup of alloy wheels.
For the interior, the SUV’s new infotainment system includes a 33-inch touchscreen that combines the instrument panel and center display, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, integrated Amazon Alexa voice control, wireless phone charging and a new standard 5G Wi-Fi hot spot. Additionally, Cadillac has updated their audio package offering, replacing the previous year’s optional Bose surround-sound audio system with the new optional 14-speaker AKG stereo for an extra $875.
Intersection automatic emergency braking, rear pedestrian and side bicyclist alerts, speed limit assist, adaptive cruise control and traffic-sign recognition are available as part of an Active Safety Package on the Premium Luxury and Sport trims.
The previous interior color options have been swapped for a new taupe-and-black combo with imitation leather upholstery. Buyers can still upgrade to optional leather seating with the Cold Weather Package, which consists of heated front seats, a heated steering wheel and heated rear outboard seats — for an extra $850. Leather seats are standard on the Premium Luxury variant.
The XT4 runs on a 235-horsepower, turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, but buyers can opt for all-wheel drive at an extra cost of $2,500 across the lineup.
The 2024 XT4 is on sale now. Starting prices are listed below.
