Kia Telluride Concept Gallery
CARS.COM — Kia’s new concept, revealed at the 2016 North American International Auto Show, wouldn’t look out of place on today’s roads, but some of its styling elements are unlikely to make it to production. The Telluride concept is a three-row luxury SUV with an exterior look reminiscent of the Volvo XC90. It’s about a foot longer than the Kia Sorento SUV and wears the brand’s large tiger nose grille, as well as 22-inch wheels and doors that open in opposite directions to a full 90 degrees.

The Telluride concept’s interior demonstrates the truly futuristic side of this Kia. “Smart sensors” in the seats capture occupants’ health information. The info is then sent to a system that triggers LED lights that emit therapeutic light patterns; Kia claims the system will reduce the effects of jet lag and improve occupants’ energy levels.
