This dealership is just so shady.

This dealership is just so shady. I ourxhased a used vehicle and its been one headache after the next. I thought it being certified would protect me but it hasn't. They didnt inform me of parts that were nkt original voiding the warranty. When I call them out they say ohhh thats NY cars for you. So they know its an issue and dont inform the buyer . Then they literally accuse other dealerships of price gouging and that its their fault. They promise call backs that never happen. Its just a really bad place to buy from.

Im leasing honda for 20 years, in 2019 I leased minivan

Im leasing honda for 20 years, in 2019 I leased minivan honda odyssey , something was wrong from very begining the car when stepped on gas was a delay making it dangerous by stop sign, I saw online many other people said same. But I stuck it out for 3 years but then covid came and no new cars available so I had to purchase this car from dealer, the problem got worse and I called honda service but they said I have no warranty so I had my lawyer write a letter to corporate and my lawyer received no response but I got a recall to fix the fuel pump so I brought to honda service on nostrand and suposodely they did the recall but it did not help with the delay acelleration, fast forward about 15 months later my car would barely start was shaking I had to tow it to mechanic was late at night, my mechanic said I NEED a new fuel pump SO WHATEVER Honda service on nostrand did was a bad job. I called honda corporate to reimburse me the 1300$ that I had to do over another fuel pump but they refused so now I have to have my lawyer sue HONDA

I found a car i like in the right price range on Edmunds.

I found a car i like in the right price range on Edmunds. I reached out then had some one respond and we texted back and forth but they couldnt answer aome of the standard questions so they connected me to a sales report. Initially all was as it should be back and forth with the texts. Sent me a video of the car cause its a couple hours away. He said no worries we can do the deal remote. I said great makes it easier. Told him about my trade in sent him the specs and pictures. He sent me an out the door price (small errors and add on but easy enough to fox) then I said lets go to the trade in and get it done. Well then I dont hear from him from 6pm to a text at 9pm. Saying he will call me tomorrow with his manager and talk price. Fine. Well I dont hear anything until after 1pm and just asks what I wanted for the trade in. So at first I asked for their offer but figured at this rate just tell them and speed up the process. Well sadly 4 o'clock and still no response. I text and an hour later he responds thats he's been busy but talking the manager all day and that they would need to see the car. So I respond explain it still would like their offer see if we are in range or if not we can take the trade out if if. Again I dont hear back for hours. I call the dealership hoping to speak with a manager to speed things up. Well 20 minutes later and 7 transfers I was told the manager will call me back he was assisting some one. Well that was an hour and a half ago and now no one is answering so I assume the dealership is closed. I have to say I will never understand how salespeople think its ok to waste people's time and not even do the most basic things especially when a person is trying to give you a large check. I havent even tried to negotiate yet and already they are playing games. I have to say my nerves about a lot of bad reviews on this place may be because its true. Very disappointing

AWFUL BAIT&SWITCH!

AWFUL BAIT&SWITCH! Called Mon about a used Honda Pilot Black edition. Get pricing and details. Calls and texts for two more days. They called and texted ME with finance rates trying to schedule appointment. Wed I tell them I'm on my way. I get a call walking into the lot telling me the car was sold on SUNDAY. Tries to get my to look at other cars. Blames it on 3rd party sites. It's STILL on their site and two other sites as I write this!

Hey, dealerships like this are exactly why people despise

Hey, dealerships like this are exactly why people despise car shopping. Their archaic mindset, in person only, structuring all of their answers to get you into the showroom, is why they won't exist in a few years. Any slightly savvy customer knows exactly what you pay for yours and what we should be paid for ours. We know what other dealerships offer for trade ins and know all of your competition. Your attempt to get with the times and have AI bots as your customer service might have been cool in your conference room but the reality is, if someone's serious about buying, they want to buy, not wait for your bot to relay the message to actual person, to only ask you to come in anyway. In other words, this place is a complete waste of time, a joke, a dinosaur. If you want to waste a day and feel dumber after, go here. Otherwise, shop elsewhere.

We bought a car at the Hyundai dealership on July 1st.

We bought a car at the Hyundai dealership on July 1st. We are still waiting for the plates and title, 5 weeks later. The dealership seems to not care. Our calls go unanswered. Stay away from this dealership. They are incompetent and unprofessional.

I had a terrible experience with both communication and

I had a terrible experience with both communication and customer service. The staff clearly need training in basic customer service skills. They spoke to me as if I didn’t matter and made me feel like my business wasn’t worth their time. I spent nearly five hours there, only to walk away from the deal in the end. Where do I begin? It all started with a phone call where I asked for an out-the-door price. The numbers sounded good, so we decided to make the two-hour drive to this “fine” establishment. First red flag: if you're bringing a trade-in, expect to be lowballed. When I asked for a better offer, the immediate response was, “We have the best numbers in the area, so we’re not offering anything more.” After a tense back-and-forth, they finally agreed to bump up the offer slightly, which we accepted. Next, we asked to test-drive the vehicle. It was a 2024 model with less than 4,000 miles—and yet the battery was dead. We assumed a simple charge would fix the issue, but after the test drive, the car wouldn’t start again. We were promised a new battery while the paperwork was being completed. However, when I stepped out of the finance department to check on the car, I found they were just charging the same dead battery and refusing to replace it. The issue wasn’t whether the battery was under warranty—it was that they had promised to replace it to avoid future problems. When I brought this up again with the salesman and his manager (I assume), one of them referred to me disrespectfully over the phone. That's when we decided to walk away from the deal. No accountability, poor communication, and a blatant lack of professionalism from start to finish. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, and respect.
