Terrible buying experience. I bought a 2025 new, Honda Accord with cash. I dealt with Steven Shumel the sales person. He was the epitome of uncaring. He never even greeted us. We waited over 2 and a half hours to 3 hours to complete the paper work for buying a car with cash!!!! I had to take the check and necessary papers to the back desk managers, and go back and forth to complete the purchase. My sales person Steven Shumel just walked out of the dealership. We were asked to not even wait in the dealership, but outside in the car, by Steven Shumel. I had to advocate for myself to get the transaction completed. Terrible dealership. This is not the way to do business. No leadership or supervision of the staff. STAY AWAY.

Drove an hour after being told the price was open to negotiation. When i got there, i was assigned a salesman(Steve) who had me waiting for an hour before he sent me to look at the wrong car. I ended up locating the right car across the street after being helped by another salesman. Didn't get to even heard the car start up since i basically had to show the car to myself. Even after all this, i was still willing to purchase, went back inside and requested to change salesman. My new salesman was a lot more helpful but the dealership practices didn't get close the deal. Online price i was quoted at was different, than what they quote you in person. Wanted me to pay for certification on a vehicle that apparently included it.
