Scammers and liars.

Scammers and liars. Ran my credit and I have no idea who they are. I have called and called and never heard from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They are either Careless or downright fraudulent.

Worse pace to get parts. People working working at parts have no clue of their whereabouts. They place wrong orders & blame on customer. xxxxxxxx

plaza on nostrand ave are crooks.........not...

plaza on nostrand ave are crooks.........not reliable .....parts opens at 7am.....guy shows up at 830 am.......then they want to rob you.......they charge you shipping for a part you pick up at the dealership.......they are real xxxxxxxx........then a simple gas cap and its not in stock......never never go back again....i will share this with my famile and friends go elsewhere.......$ 159 for labor and then they abuse you.......joey

Structural Issues

This dealership has customer service issues or challenges. Were it not for Larry the salesman, my experience would have been totally nevstive ; I would not return. It took managemen no less than two weeks to ensure that my LoJack was completely installed. I called LoJack sever times and spoke to management several times. Larry was the go-between support while I became aggressively more annoyed as the lack of customer service at this dealership. I have had similar problems on two prior occasions. Beware, my suggestion to future byers, don't receive your car without verifying all particulars about your car. See Larry, he'll help you maintain some emotional stability.

serious complaints

I brought my car in at 11/06/17 having at hand a Plaza Honda discount coupon for synthetic oil change for 29.95$. The coupon states that 'Fully synthetic priced slightly higher'. I was charged 89.04$! Is this ' slightly higher'? The same day I requested to have my air pressure checked. On Friday, gone to a funeral in Long Island, I had the indicator of low pressure on tires on. I brought the car in, the pressure was down to 22 and I was told that it was because of the.. weather! Also, at the cashier, the last minute they asked for cash only! Supposed I didn't have it with me? I have leased several cars with you company and never had such a terrible experience! I expect a justification to the outrageous pricing and the overall unacceptable service!
