Words cannot even begin to express the frustration I have

Words cannot even begin to express the frustration I have had purchasing a NEW $100K car from this dealership. My initial frustrations came with the lack of customer service and the lack of attention to detail during the delivery of the vehicle. But I wish that was the whole problem. I bought this car back in January, and it is now March and I have no plates for my car because the dealership failed to pay the correct tax and title amount to the tag office. This has now resulted in a bigger delay getting my plates, and penalties because they did not file the paperwork or response on time. The even bigger problem is trying to get anyone at this dealership to handle the situation. I have been transferred numerous times, hung up on, and flat out ignored.... Do yourself a favor and when purchasing a new luxury vehicle especially one over $100K, go somewhere else that cares about their customers.

I just bought a 2019 Z4 from another dealer, but took it

I just bought a 2019 Z4 from another dealer, but took it in to BMW of Nashville for a checkup and to check on an alignment issue. Turned out it was pretty severe suspension damage from the prior owner and a pothole. Joseph kept me up to date the entire time, explained everything, was very professional, friendly, courteous, and accommodating. It's good to have a service department you can trust. I will stick with Joseph and BMW of Nashville from now on.

Stay away

Sales team needs a lesson is humility. Several implied statements about “not caring if they sell a car.” Even after negotiating in good faith they won’t honor a deal. Two words describe the atmosphere at this dealership unfriendly and dishonest.

Sales is not customer friendly.

Sales is not customer friendly. They do not honor deals they make. When a mistake is made they don’t try to resolve only try to do damage control. Horrible customer experience and arrogant is being nice.

Spent a lot of money for bad service

While I was impressed with the initial sales attention I received from my sales person and the sales manager, I was very disappointed in the delivery of my actual vehicle and the follow through of the sales person. When you spend around $100k for a new vehicle there should be an expectation of a level of service that is above what I would get at a used car lot. I wasn’t expecting a parade or a pomp and circumstance but at least some kind of level of customer appreciation. They seemed in a rush and the whole delivery took about 45 minutes. They also did not bother to give the typical customer appreciation swag bag and parts was no help at all when I wanted to order some weather mats for the car. Now the first world problems aside… the other epic failures. They had the wrong registration attached to my car which caused other subsequent issues when programming digital keys and the charging accounts. In addition to that er had numerous issues with setting up the complimentary charging account leading to being stuck at a charging station for several hours while the problem was resolved. Long story short, do yourself a favor and spend your money with a dealership who has good customer support, and service.

Horrible after sale service

My salesperson was great but it all went downhill from there. It's been over 4 months and I still haven't recieved my paperwork to get my plates. I've called and been given 1 excuse or lie after another. The carfax shows a 3rd owner after I bought it nobody can explain it. After I write this review I'm calling the better business bureau to see what my options are. I have bought 25 vehicles in 26 yrs so I have an idea of how all this works plus I have talked to 4 different dealerships and they all say the same same thing, that something is shady about all this. I would never recommend this dealership. I wish my salesperson would go somewhere reputable because like I said he was great.

Not what I expected from a BMW Dealer

I'm not usually one to leave a poor review for a business, but I was severely disappointed with my experience at this dealer. A few weeks back, I scheduled an appointment to view a used vehicle on the lot that was, to be fair, an outstanding value. I also wanted to inquire about getting and allocation for an M4 Comp and had two high-demand vehicles and went there with the full intention of buying that day. Upon arriving at the dealership exactly at my appointment time I was supposed to meet with the sales manager (Cody I believe was his name) but he was understandably tied up in another deal. I waited around in the lobby for about 10 minutes until I was greeted by a young lady, who was professional, but seemed like she didn't want to be there and spoke very little. After explaining my intentions and allowing her to collect info and take photos of one of my trades she said she would come back with an appraisal and have the SM call me about ordering the Comp in "an hour or two" and abruptly walked back inside. Fast forward 24 hours later, I never received an offer sheet and never got a call from a SM, so I reached out as I had taken the day off of work to arrange to get both of my vehicles there. Upon speaking with her all she said was "I'll find out" and hung up. Another 6 hours later, at almost 8pm, I get a call from a different sales manager who runs the numbers and on one of the vehicles he offers me $22,500 below the lowest appraisal I've received. This was also $9,000 below the lowest priced vehicle for sale in the country which was 2 years older, had 30k more miles, and 2 accidents and mine was a '22 model with 9k miles and no accidents. After I cordially informed him that pricing wasn't even in the same stratosphere and offered to forward him an appraisal from another dealer I got 72 hours before, he became really defensive and kept pushing for me to put down a non-refundable deposit and sell the vehicle elsewhere and just "deal with" the capital gains tax I'd have to play. However, the WORST part has been that after I stated my intention to move in a different direction, They. Will. Not. Stop. Calling. Me. They have an offside call center for their BDRs and I get calls and emails nearly a month later despite multiple requests to make them stop. Very disappointing experience.

I had a really good review for this dealership, but am

I had a really good review for this dealership, but am changing my review. I bought a used lexus which has been a great car. The car only had one FOB. I kept calling the dealership to talk to the general manager but could only leave messages. He never called me back. After several months, I finally wrote an email to him letting him know that I really felt like a car that expensive should come with two FOBs and asked if he could help me. He responded quickly, never apologize for the issue or not returning my calls and said they weren’t required to provide two FOBs, which of course I knew. The issue wasn’t one of legality, but more of good customer service and keeping the customer happy. I buy cars often, but won’t be revisiting this Nashville dealership. I also hardly ever write bad reviews about anything but the managers lack of concern was surprising to say the least.
