Stacia is the best Sales Rep!

Great Experience!

Great experience with Landrover Monmouth! We just traded in our 2016 Evoque for a 2022! Every aspect was easy with no surprises. We got a great deal for the trade in and great financing for the new car. Scott Scordo helped us get the exact color and model we wanted and walked us through the whole process. We are very happy!

Awesome

This is our second car leased with Scott Gordo. We live in Manhattan but even though it’s less convenient we prefer working with him and this dealership for all of our maintenance needs for our cars.

Worst Dealership ever

Yes they have upgraded their new showroom and service center but the service is still one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I had similar issues few years back when I had left the car for servicing due to some technical issues and every time I receive a call from them they keep adding new parts to the system and Kept increasing my bill up to $8000 which I paid since my car is out of warranty. I had the exact same experience again. The initial assessment and the amount of parts to be changed kept increasing after I left the car. I personally feel the technicians are not trained good enough. The service expert Alex was nice but I think rest of the team deserves a thumbs down. Especially the sales manager who I discussed to sell the car off was very rude and condescending and offered a very poor value when my car was well-maintained and worth much more. Overall I would not recommend anyone to get this kind of poor service at the center. They will only treat you with respect and kindness if you’re buying a new vehicle from them. If you have an old range rover forget about getting any respect at this showroom/service center. I paid minimal fixing for the car drove it across 10 minutes to Mercedes Benz. They paid a fair value for the car even though the check light engine was still on. I got a new vehicle and the staff was very kind and nice. Your staff should strongly learn from them.
