He answered any questions I had, and he wasn’t afraid to admit when he didn’t have an answer. The test drive was personalized according to what types of roads I would be driving my Tiguan on regularly, which was a thoughtful gesture from Mark. Once I had settled on a particular trim and color, Mark introduced me to the rest of the team, namely the sales manager (Scot) and the finance manager (Michael). Both were professional and personable. The financing process wasn’t stressful in the least. They were happy to work with my preapproval through my bank, and they additionally—and politely—offered to try to get me a better rate through their lenders. I accepted, and they got me a variety of offers that were competitive and appealing. Even when I decided to stick with my personal bank in the end, they were supportive and facilitated the entire process. On the day I took delivery, Mark walked me through any further setup. At my request, he happily took my picture with my new car and then offered to have the dealership post it on their social media feeds. I was delighted; I want to tell everyone about how great of an experience I had. From start to finish, buying my first ever brand-new car has been a truly wonderful experience. It was fun and not stressful in the slightest.
