I purchase car in November of 2021, trade Dodge Ram 1500,
I purchase car in November of 2021, trade Dodge Ram 1500, 2011(Escape Ford). I purchase extended Warranty thru 2027. My engine broke 2025 the extended Warranty does not want to pay for the cost to repair the engine. I need a car to take my father to hospital visit. I purchase another car from Ford Country August 14, 2025 of being hungry of taking car of my parents who are in their 90's who can not drive. I am their transportation. I did get again extend Warranty again. Ford Country still has my Ford Escape did not trade. The Ford Escape is still in Ford Country property but Ford County does not allow me to get my car back. Ford Country Wants me to pay$5.000 thousand dollars and Ford Country is going to say today I abandoned the car which is not true. The service department is saying I gave up my car which is not true. I want the extended Warranty to pay the cost of fixing the engine(Ford Escape). I did not leave by car behind. It is Ford Country words against my words. I am confessing, I am not abandoning by car. I need justice from service Department. I do not need service Department to put words in my mouth, which is not true. I did not abandon my car. I need the car to get fix. I need my car to be running and deliver back to me.

It's a franchise in the service is horrible I bought a vehicle there I bought a Escape Ford in 2021 and in 2022 I had to take it because of the transmission that I had to take it in 2022 because of the battery then I had to take it again in 2023 because I transmission I had to take it again in 2024 because of the tires I literally had to take my car again in 2025 May 15th took it to service and the service Nick told me I had to agree with him did to tear down my engine in order for them to fix it the alternator went the belt went and they said and they said something has to be wrong with your engine so we got to tear it down and then we have to you have to agree with me otherwise or you want to fix your car just agree with me that you'll be responsible for $5,500 but believe me don't worry about it you you got an extension warranty you paid $3,000 $800 for extension $3,800 for $3,800 for extension warranty so don't worry you don't you don't have to pay anything out of your pocket the extension warranty will pay for it it's something is wrong with your engine and here I am in August now they want to charge me for having my vehicle there why would they charge me for having my vehicle if I took it for service they want to charge me for having their park they're saying because I don't come and get it they're saying cuz I don't come and get the vehicle why would I go and get the vehicle if it hasn't been fixed it has to get fixed before I go and get the vehicle so they want to make money they're charging me for having a park there and they want to charge me every day I really believe that the owner does not realize how how they treating me I wouldn't believe that he has that kind of heart that would damage a person by trying to take money and not providing service I wish she could read this and I wish she could get a hold of me and I wish all this could get result
