This service department totally sucks.

This service department totally sucks. I had a broken distance on my cruise control, but my speed control was working. So I told the service department that I needed to replace the broken part. He responded that he would have to diagnose the problem which will cost me $299, this is outrageous. Do not buy anything from this dealer. I am going to switch to Chevrolet and I am been a loyal purchaser of Ford products for 50 years. They could care less.

Because there was not much of a line, service was fast

Because there was not much of a line, service was fast and excellent. My GT-500 always goes to Ford for service.

Ford Country takes such good care of us. We trust are vehicles in their hands. Jose Valdavia & Victor in particular always take quality care of us & make us feel comfortable in returning.
