This is my third car purchase from Ford Country. A very well run organization! At every level, it was evident that the team strives for an exceptional customer experience. Sherri Anderson was very responsive throughout the process and had me headed home with a new car in less than two hours!

Avoid this dealership. Recently purchased a Mach-e ($$$$) and once it was able to be driven at highway speeds the wind noise was unacceptable. When trying to work with the dealership to diagnose/correct/adjust for the issue their main goal was to avoid talking to me at all costs, sidestep any responsibility for the issue, blame it on Ford corporate, etc, etc. Anything to avoid responsibility. No customer service and zero effort to make me a happy new car purchaser. When working with the service department it was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, let alone give me updates/progress reports/etc. These people are DONE with you as soon as you drive off the lot. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
