I had a great haggle free car buying experience here! Buying a care is always a dreaded experience and i hate the back and fourth. Josh was great and made the car buying process easy. He brought to the table exactly what i was looking for and seemed to have my best interest in mind not the companies. He even sent me a video of the truck before i went to look at it. Would buy from him again.

Chris Rogers is a pleasure to work with. My Partner and I have purchased a few cars from him over the last decade. He made the deal very easy and hard to say no to. I used to only buy Lexus but decided to make the switch to Volvo after looking into safety features and having Chris show me what the XC90 was about. We recently bought an XC90 from this dealership.
We recently bought an XC90 from this dealership. We were more than satisfied with our experience. Everyone was so knowledgable and went above and beyond in helping us thru the process. We had been to multiple dealerships before and we just weren’t able to have all our questions answered and assisted like we were with this dealership. Everyone was so friendly. We worked closely with Cori Andrews and she is the loveliest. We drove hours to go to this dealership and it was definitely worth it. When we are ready for our next Volvo we know we will make the drive again to get to work with them in the future.

Wish zero stars was an option.
Wish zero stars was an option. Service department needs some serious customer service training. When visiting in FoCo, I started having car problems at the end of my trip and didn't feel comfortable driving it for the 12 hour trek home. I dropped it off at Pedersen Toyota to see if they could run some diagnostics and let me know what might be the issue. I contacted them a couple of times to inquire as to its status, was eventually told a technician would be looking at it. After a couple of days I was connected with Casey with the service department. He was extremely insensitive to my situation, had a crass, patronizing demeanor and told me their customers have to wait a month to get service so he did not know when they could get to my car. I asked why this wasn't previously relayed to me as I had called and texted a few times and was literally just sitting a hotel room waiting for them to look at my car. He didn't care at all, laughed about my situation, and made no effort to help me in any way. I asked him if, considering my situation of needing to get home coupled with how busy they were (who actually takes their car here is beyond me!!), if he could refer me to another car service place which could work on Lexus. He laughed and said Denver or Greeley, I reminded him that my car was not in good working order and that it would be unsafe to drive it that far, he did not care. I fully understand that they were busy and have other customers but it is the treatment that I am most upset about, it was already a very stressful situation for me and for Casey to not even recognize that on a humanistic level was extremely offensive to me. I ended up getting my car, doing a quick google search, easily found a local repair shop that serviced Lexus, they stopped everything they were doing and helped me immediately. I feel that Toyota and Lexus in general, needs to know about how customers are treated after purchase and will be messaging the corporation as well. This could have been handled so much better and I would expect more from a seemingly reputable dealer.

Pedersen Volvo has been our family car dealership over the past eight years. We are very satisfied and thankful with their vehicles and their service. I strongly recommend o Pedersen Volvo. Ryan Schlote is our personal salesman and we wouldn’t trade him for anyone.

I used the oil change express service, and they got me in
I used the oil change express service, and they got me in and out of there in an hour. Then, sent me over two Toyota service, and they got a small but important issue fixed for me quickly, and were extremely helpful in that process!

Pederson Toyota finance tried to hike the rate of loan
Pederson Toyota finance tried to hike the rate of loan interest. Didn’t offer what my credit qualified me for in regards on interest rates. Finance associate stated “he was raising the rate to make the dealership more money” credit score qualified me for a rate 2 percent lower than what was being offered. Bad practice
