I thought a 2020 GMC truck with less than 60k miles on
I thought a 2020 GMC truck with less than 60k miles on it. I noticed the wheel was squeezing so I took it back within 1 day. They looked at it and said it normal no need to fix it. Fast forward 2 months. This louder than ever. Next, I had a check engine light on so I took it to this location. They say we do not know when we can get to it maybe 5 days but you have to leave it there. They do not offer a rental car. What’s a customer to do? Take the bus? Fast forward 2 weeks. No calls from the service department with follow ups. I call in. I am told we have not even looked at your truck. They still say not sure when we will be able to look at it much leads a fix. This Thursday will be the start of the third week. This is an absolute unacceptable situation for anyone. Although, it is the way they do it or should on say not do it. I had a f250 ford I traded for a GMC. Due to this experience I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again. It is complete insane experience. As soon as I get it back I will be trading it in for a Ford again. Ford dealerships destroy this dealership. It’s not even a thought. Suck a horrible experience. Life lesson learned. As a customer I will not buy again because it something needs to be fixed you can bet your bottle dollar it will be a month wait. No thank you. I will choose a company who actually takes care of its customers instead of making excuses. I will never purchase from them again and recommend you think twice about purchasing from them too.

February 2024 Purchasing a new 2024 tahoe. This was the best experience buying a new vehicle I've ever experiennnced. My salesman Tim Bennett was very knowledgeable, and a person who actually wanted to help you find what you was really wanting. He said he would work finding what we was looking for in our price range even if we had to go elsewhere. He actually worked with me off and on for over a week. I finally made my purchase with no regrets. This is the 4th purchase I have made from Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet in FtWorth Texas. But this time I will Always remember my salesman name. Tim Bennett went above and beyond for my husband and I. He call us today to check on how we felt about our purchase and ask if we had any questions. I told him we could not get our Tahoe to connect to our Garage door opener. He gave us step by step instructions. We was still unable to connect it. So this man came to our home in Burleson to try himself to get it connected. With a little time and having to call the help desk. They figured out what the problem was, and was able to get it connected. This SalemanTim Bennett is a lot more than just a car salesman he becomes your friend. Thank you Bruce Lowrie for having Tim Bennett as a salesman He is a keeper.
