new truck routine maint.

had an apt time for oil change and still took over an hour. then a week later I get a notice saying it's time for my tires to be rotated???

Not really customer oriented

Repeatedly requested body repair quote will having service done. They couldn't walk into the next building while they had my vehicle half the day. It's mec to schedule yet another appointment. Never got the work done. They leave a lot of cash on the table.

service department

Chris was my service advisor and he knows his business. I called Chris because i was having issues from where i had bought my truck and he said bring it in and let me have a look. He called me very frequently and asked how i was doing FIRST then told me how my repair was going. I came back in to pick up my truck and it had NO grease stains on the inside or the outside. He told me when i left if i had anything else to let him know and he would help me. If you want someone who cares about your vehicle needs, i strongly urge you go and see Chris.

Car buying experience is meh

Kinda friendly staff. Have been very inflexible in pricing. Priced high for what you get. Average dealership experience. Friendly personalities with nothing much else behind it.

Recall repair, scheduled oil change

I have purchased 3 Chevrolets from Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet Dealership and have been totally satisfied with each vehicle. Any recall or service I required was done in a remarkably quick time and to my complete satisfaction. When purchasing each Chevrolet I was treated like I was the most important customer they had. Each transaction was completed very quickly, sometimes within an hour, and I was on my way. I have had experience at Ford and Dodge/Chrysler dealers but none can come close to the satisfaction I always experienced at Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet. A remarkable Company with remarkable personnel.

Great Buying Experience

This was our 4th car purchase from Bruce Lowry. The sales representative was thorough and found the perfect vehicle to meet our needs. The homemade chocolate chip cookies that were hand delivered this week was a welcome and thoughtful surprise. They are my absolute favorite. Thanks for a wonderful buying experience.
