Very good repair service
Am from out of town. Brought Corolla in with check engine light on. Matter was taken care without a huge repair bill. Gerardo Ultreras was very professional, knowledgeable and above all, KIND, not just nice, but KIND. He treats customers as any of us wants to be treated. With respect and kindness. He is a real asset to Eddy’s, keep him, give him a pay raise. He deserves it.

When the dealership neglects to fix the car
I purchased an 03' Ford Explorer in 2014 from Eddy's Toyota and a 2016 Dodge Durango from Eddy's CDR in 2016. I had an excellent experience previously but as of March 3, 2022 things changed. My salesperson, Jared, provided a great sales experience but the follow through from him, his management team and the executive team has been unacceptable. I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu which needed work to be done due to a lug nut. I did not possession of the vehicle until March 10. I realized that the 2nd remote didn't work 3 days later. About two weeks later the check engine light came on. I communicated to the dispersion and he told me to bring it in to the dealership. I made him aware that I had already found the code was a P1101. However, since the light wasn't on when I brought it in, I had to bring it back when it was on. I brought it back when it was on and they told me that I had to come get the car and take it to the Chevrolet dealership. I scheduled another appointment when the light was on and they advised me that back in Feb that the tech noted that they couldn't resolve the issue and that it would have to be brought in again... but it wasn't addressed until now that I've purchased it. The customer relationship manager told me that the GM will not approve to fix it although this issue was prior to my purchase and brought to their attention within 2 weeks after I brought it to their attention. In a positive note, I did get my 2nd keyfob fixed.

Took my pathfinder for oil change. They supposed to send the inspection report by email but never did. Contacted them but never get response from them.

Trust Your Gut
WORTH THE READ! I work in customer service & rarely complain as I know you cannot please everyone. To say my experience has been frustrating and disappointing is an understatement. I had high expectations the moment I walked into the dealership. Showed me a 2016 Civic that they just got in from auction-no detailing/maintenance done. Price stated was not within my price range, they said they would work with me. Agreed to come back the next day for a test drive after detailing and inspection was done. Came in for my appointment after work, car not detailed, inspection done-mechanics reported no concerns & oil changed. The used car market is a nightmare and I expected inflation in price. Manager would only give me the price in my budget that night ONLY and assured me "it wouldn't take long" to do paperwork and detailing. I was waiting till the last staff member left that night. Wouldn't an experienced dealership execute what they promised or is that just poor customer service?...Turns out seats were stained & come to find out after 1 wash the paint was chipping on the back side window. Went back to see if they could assist me in anyway as I only had the car for ~1 month. The manager said, "Some cars just run out their life time." A 2016 Honda Civic? ok & i checked for recalls. Went to a shop they work with-ESTIMATED $1400 FOR REPAIR. I felt taken advantage of & treated like another $$. AND- when it came to title registration, THEY DIDN'T EVEN PROVIDE ME WITH THE CORRECT TITLE&PAPERWORK. Wasted my time, their time, TAG office time, and my employers time. Not only do I not own the car, my insurance doesn't even cover me right now & have to make payments. So their mistake is at my expense. will not ever buy from again or pass on any recommendations.

Worth the wait.
Darin and the sales department went above and beyond to help us be able to afford the vehicle we were interested and hoping to buy. We told them what we could do as far as monthly payment and they kept trying to get us to the payment price we were able handle. Several times we said, "no way" and were ready to leave because we knew we couldn't do the monthly payment they presented. But they kept making calls and finally we reached an agreement.

Deceptive Sales and Warranty
Deceptive sales and warranty.Was walking out and told if signing I could buy a warranty ,which was thousands of dollars. Warranty was for life of loan(24 months only after calling company,bumper to bumper,Camera not covered)Back up camera was promised to fix wasn't and told to bring in.Found out its not covered as promised. Paid twice the amount for SUV than other car dealerships.They are not honest.Darren and Dane.Car insurance area was only honest area.

I absolutely loathe the car buying process but:
I absolutely loathe the car buying process but I love cars/trucks and purchase frequently. I recently had the opportunity to help my sister buy a car which presented a unique situation given a less than perfect credit history. Due to my Husband and I’s extensive purchasing experience I knew I wanted to get someone involved that cared about the buyer and wouldn’t play games. That person was Justice DeLaRosa. My sister filled her credit application out on a Sunday and was driving home in her new car by Saturday. She’s not local and most everything was easily done over the phone. Justice worked with one of his financial managers and several other sales professionals to procure funding and insurance in her price range. I’ve been involved in several car purchases and what makes Justice different from all other sales reps I’ve used is his immediate communication and professionalism. Even after the deal was closed he was highly responsive. Communication like this is critical and it really makes a difference when dealing with so many moving parts. Because of Justice and his team, my sister is NOT driving one of those busted cars from the no “credit no problem” Broadway dealerships and it won’t be breaking down in 6 months from purchase. Further, her on time payments will help her to rebuild her credit history. I had an opportunity to take a look at the car before she got there. I was instantly moved that my sister would finally own a decent car and the strain of visiting family might not involve the comment “can’t, car won’t make it”. I literally cried and gave him a hug. I am no easy person to please when it comes to the car buying process. In fact I’d venture to say most salesmen in the area die a little inside when my Husband and I walk in. It’s not that we’re mean people, we just don’t play the games. If you’re in that boat, go see Justice DeLaRosa at Eddy’s Toyota of Wichita, KS!
