Good experience

When we bought our new car it was a pleasant situation, no pressure which was nice. Nate our sales person was very knowledgeable and kind.

Not helpful/deceptive

They sold my elderly father a car that had navigation which he stipulated it having. The car had a missing chip that they said and have it in writing that they would get the chip and his navigation would work. Well they can't get one so now this 70,000 vehicle is without navigation which my father needs. They refuse to give his money back. He traded in a wonderful truck that in hind site never got rid of. Terrible dealership.

Satisfied customer

Their service team is always polite and on top of this to maintain our vehicle and its warranty. Haven’t had any issues so far with them.

Thats what the internet is for

If you dont know what you want, dont bother coming here, I got to test drive 2 cars then the sales guy stopped helping. after the first two the kid helping me told me "nah, I'm not going to show you anymore. This is like a MOnday thing." I said I wanted to get the feel for cars you had on the lot, he walked off. As he waled off he said "thats what the internet is for." I wouldnt shop here, if you decide to come here I would avoid tween with pants 2 sizes too small.

Best Experience

From start to finish everyone that we worked with at Eddy’s Toyota was wonderful! I absolutely recommend Harrison, Randy and Troy to anyone. They found us the perfect vehicle that matched our needs as well as our wants within our budget. They listened to us and made sure that we were taken care of!

Bad business practice

Spoke to a salesperson at Eddys regarding a 2021 Tundra. We worked the deal and came to acceptable terms. I was asked to put a deposit down because 2 other individuals were interested. No problem, I placed a 500 dollar deposit over the phone and looked forward to driving to the dealership in the morning ( we live 2 hours away). I received a call around 6:30 pm Friday stating the pickup I was interested in was actually lent out to someone at Wichita state and wouldn’t be available in the morning and possibly not till Monday. I’m not sure what type of dealership lends out a $50k + vehicle that a customer is going to purchase and have said customer wait until it’s back from who knows where, but as a business person, it makes no sense. I’ve always heard Eddy’s Toyota was not a dealership to buy from, and I now know why. Still waiting to have my deposit refunded as well.

Not a very good auto sales experience!

My wife Received a call from Brian that he had a Toyota Truck for us. He even sent her a VIN number. So we gave him a credit card and they took 500.00 supposedly to hold it for us. But come to find out he said he would locate one for us or even have one built and have one before the end of 2022.He sent my wife an agreement to sign that said the 500.00 dollars would not be refundable. My wife did not sign or agree to it. So, Brian sent me a text to agree but I never did. Since they could not get me a truck by the end of 2022 I asked for a refund. Before the year ended he wanted me to talk to Michael about the situation I explained the situation but he was not willing to cooperate. He also mentioned that we had agreed on the non refundable agreement something my wife and I never agreed on. All I am asking is for a refund!!!!

Professionalism

I had a bad experience with Brad. He makes you feel bad if you don't buy additional packages. He made up a story about how his Tundra needed a motor replaced for the car seat and it was going to cost him $1,800 to fix. Brad told me the additional packages he purchased saved him $1,800. I declinced the additional packages. Brad, immediately was salty. He kept asking where the money came from. As far as I'm concerned, the money came from the bank in a form of a check. Brad also said "I hope you like the car when it's more expensive." He said this because I declined his packages. He definitely ruined the car buying experience. The dealership should consider making changes. First, get rid of Brad. Second, listen to their customers. For example, the sales person sells me a car for $30,000 out the door. I will pay $30,000 out the door. I don't want to see or talk to Brad. I definitely don't want to go in his rat hole office. I have purchased vehicles before Brad worked there. I know what it's like to purchase a vehicle. I want everyone to know my experience at Eddy's. Most likely there won't be any changes. We can only hope for the best.

First service on my 2022 Venza

Had my Venza in for its 5,000 mile check up. They had all the work done in 45 mins and even took it through the car wash.
