Worst experience ever. Wife took the day off of work to take her car down to get fixed after we bought it due to the sunroof broke when we bought it and the check engine light coming on a day after we took it home. They scheduled the day to fix it and she took it in to get fixed her diving 2hrs away and spending the whole day there for them to fix it just to get told after she was in wixxxxa all day that they have to order all the parts in and made the sunroof leak worse where we can stick a finger all the way through the outside saying "it isn't open enough to let any water in". So now we have to make another trip there and take more time off to get stuff fixed they knew needed to have parts in for and deal with a leaking sunroof they was supposed to have fixed. Never coming back for another car again and will not recommend anyone to deal with Eddys Toyota.

Excellent Service from joe. I have had my Landcruiser for 20 years. Still look good and runs great. When this one becomes unreliable, I’ll buy another.

I was thoroughly impressed with the video walk-through for service; definitely the tool to use for accountability. The customer service rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, when speaking with me this person used foul language which is unbecoming, as reps are the voice of the dealership.

Michael was exemplary, and we reviewed my vehicle service record to determine exactly what was needed. The technician accurately assessed the problem. Only complaint is that the complimentary car wash left a soapy residue that needed to be washed off and wiped down.

My husband was in there the service to get a Diagnosis on his 2011 Dodge Ram we bought at Eddys. We told a price of 112.00. So we did that then he come and said your check engine light is on you want me to check that my husband asked ( Whats that going to cost he said it was part of the 112.00) so my husband said ( ok) They tell him he'its his Thermostat that would 375.00 pluss the 245.00 my husband said what 245.00 for all the Diagnosis he said you told me it was in the 112.00 he said no. So we pay $237.58 to find out it was his Thermostat.
