This was my first time buying from a dealership, and I was feeling pretty oblivious to how the process works. My man Steve couldn't have made it any easier, along with the rest of the crew. The sales team was great but the vehicle service department left me with concerns. The car should have been inspected for issues yet we found a bad tire. Brake rotors were turned instead of being replaced and after the tire was replaced the right rear brake started to grind. Due to scheduling conflicts the issue had o be addressed after purchase. In addition the car was not detailed to the level one would expect from a dealer of this caliber.

They were all amazingly nice. Mike definitely made my car buying experience so enjoyable. He is absolutely amazing.
