They definitely were horrible had my car 3 separate times in a months spand over 2000 dollars and 2 months I went without a car or rental paid for my car to be fixed the second time drive it for an hr had to bring it back because the problem was not fixed even after.2000 dollars very unorganized and very unprofessional I'm. Not the only oNe who has had issues would not recommend them at all

Very pleased with the customer service and work done.
Very pleased with the customer service and work done. Did not have an extra key fob after telling me they could try and see if they had it but not a problem only came in to get one done and supply chain issues it was totally fine with me. Would go back again. Was offered a deal for rotars and new tires but unfortunately my company did not want to take it.

Wait time was longer than specified.
Wait time was longer than specified. Previous service on Trak, technician forgot to reset oil life indicator which resulted in annoying phone and Chevy messages. Not excellent but needs some improvements.

purchased a new 2022 sedan leave it at that.
purchased a new 2022 sedan leave it at that. noise still after having it there 4 times in a month. contacted mangement i will admit went for a test drive car would not duplicate noise just once in awhile. so was told parts wouldn't be put in and basically wont do anything for me. months later still noise filed a complaint to GM ad nothing back yet after a month or more. im done with GM and done with Depaula just spent $60k in a 4 month period. i really think the service dept has gone down hill since the previous shop manger retired i honestly think i was lied to also because what the invoices said and what i was told verbally by service manager Dennis. stay away from this dealership. i keep on hearing the service Dept here sucks so many issues. once they get your money they screw you over. my remember all my salesman stating give him a good review I'm not done with trying to get gm to fix this issue take it to another Chevrolet dealership. do yourself a favor dont buy or go here for service less headaches....
