Bought a 2016 buick enclave! Retired

We buy every car that we've owned at Ben Eddings GMC. THE SERVICE IS AWAYS EXCELLENT. EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE is always willing to help you. The people in the service department call and explain everything to you before they fix it. I know most everyone at the dealership on a first name basis. You sure don't find that in other places. They always provide a loaner for you when they service your car which is so helpful. I would never go anywhere else to buy a car.

New Purchase

I just completed the purchase of my third new vehicle from Ben Eddings in Harrison. I price shopped the first time and they were better than anyone else without dickering. I know I am getting the best deal, they treat me like a princess and always call me by name when I enter the door. The customer service after the purchase is far beyond anything I have ever experienced. They service and clean/detail my vehicle on a regular basis; they pick it up from my work and return it to me the same day. They are always just a phone call away. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Love this dealership!!!

During our looking for a new vehicle my wife and I ran into a bunch of your normal very pushy salesman. Not at Ben Eddings, they made our whole experience with them from the first initial moment of pulling on to the lot, too the signing the paperwork and even after purchasing the vehicle they did a follow up with us. I recommend Ben Eddings to everyone! We love this dealership!!!!

Ben Eddings GMC Cadillac

I have bought three cars and one pick-up from this dealer in the past 7 years and have been very happy with this dealer and all of the departments. I had one vehicle with two different warranty problems and the service department took care of both problems without any problems this is why I will continue to buy GM cars from Ben Eddings in the future.

Service Department

I have been a customer of Ben Eddings for many years, with both purchases and having my vehicles repaired. I just picked up my Suburban from the shop after it's THIRD visit in as many weeks to have the leaky A/C system repaired. Each time they found another leak and something else that needed to be fixed. I was also charged each time for the refilling of the refrigerant. This time they removed the dash to replace the evaporator coil and in the process scratched the dash and trashed the front area. If this is the kind of service Ben Eddings now offers, I will find another business to take my vehicles to.

buying a car

My husband and I were shoppiing for a good deal on a used car. We had been to about a dozen dealerships within the week. We were very frustrated in that we were either pressured or ignored. There was just not a happy medium...UNTIL we reached this dealership Ben Eddings in Harrison Ar. Wyatt greeted us and made us feel very welcome from the moment he walked up which was as we were headed toward a car we liked. He brought keys and we test drove the car. He explaine the car and it's history to us and gave us a very good price as we had been looking and knew the prices of this make and model across the state and in eastern Kansas. There was time for us to discuss and no high pressure was used. we bought right there and we love our new car.

Ben Eddings is the best!

Truly, there has never been anything my husband and I have not liked when dealing with the folks at Ben Eddings. We have dealt with several different people there and nearly every time we're there, the owners greet us in a friendly and caring manner. Several years ago we were searching for a car dealership that showed that they cared about their service of vehicles and did a good job of servicing them. Not only did we find that but we found a whole staff in every department that actually cared about what our transportation needs were! We have purchased several new vehicles from Ben Eddings and truly have never been disappointed. We almost always have our vehicles serviced their unless we are on the road too far away. We are always so pleased with the extra care that they show our vehicles. You just don't find that kind of service much anymore.

Polite and attentive sales staff. good inventory.

This is the second vehicle that we have bought from "Ben Eddings" the salesman for both vehicles was polite, attentive and knowledgeable. Found us several options of what we were looking for, and gave us an opportunity to make a final choice with out pressure. The show room, waiting area and rest areas were spotless and well supplied. We have spoken highly to our friends about the service facilities.
