My Brother had purchased a new Terrain for his wife 2 yrs ago. He was very pleased with the auto and when I came for a visit from Louisiana and was looking for a car he suggested Ben Eddings. We found a 2011 Terrain in excellent condition and purchased it. The staff was great. I felt like a valued customer right away. If I were to ever purchase another vehicle I would drive the 400 miles to purchase it from Ben Eddings.

I was looking for a good late model SUV with low mileage. There was just the vehicle I was looking for at Ben Eddings. This was my first time I had traded vehicle with Ben Eddings, and I found they were very knowledgeable and fair priced. The vehicle was within line with value of all other similar model suv that i had seen on the internet, plus they gave me a fair price for my trade in. A couple days after the trade I was at Ben Eddings and they notice one of the tires had a bad blemish and I had not noticed it. They replaced it with a new tire immediately at no charge to me. That proves to me they are very fair and honest. They are always friendly and know you by name any time you go in. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Plus I will use them again whenever i trade in the future.

While on vacation the air went out in our Buick Enclave. As our car was still under warranty, we contacted Ben Eddings for service. The staff was courteous, friendly and more than helpful! They worked us in, found the problem, ordered the part and the car was fixed within 24 hours with only one extra night spent at our hotel. Thanks so much for the quick service!!
