Upgraded our Expedition
Found an Expedition we liked at Lookout Ford to upgrade from our 07. Worked with Erik Swicegood and Ed Haggerty and the process was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

VW BUG & DODGE DAKOTA
Wiley (finance guy) was very nice and very helpful! I felt that he went far and beyond his duties to make sure we were taken care of on a perfect price. he was very gracious. There is not one bad thing I can say about our sales rep Matthew! He was awesome! Jonathan (sales manager) was EXTREMELY good about everything that he did for us! The General Manager Ed Haggerty was wonderful too. He made sure we were all taken care of and he's the one that got us to buy our second vehicle!! We came in to get the new bug and ended up with a bug and a truck because Ed got us such a good deal!!! WE LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP!!! We will definitely be back and recommend our friends and family!

I cannot express through writing how grateful I am for the guidance Chip Lambert gave my parents and I with the purchase of my first car. The entire experience at Lookout Ford in Morehead City was nothing short of excellent. Chip's expertise was apparent. He thoroughly explained the different mechanisms within my Focus and went out of his way to instruct me on how to operate the touch screen device. His hospitality and personality are two things to experience for yourself. He was concerned with making my parents and I feel both confident and comfortable with our purchase. I would highly recommend Chip Lambert to ANYONE wanting an amazing buying experience.

Best buying experience ever with Chip Lambert
If you want a salesman who tells you the truth with no hidden agenda, Chip Lambert at Lookout Ford is the person to go to. We searched the Lookout Fords web for cars and inquired about the Ford focus. Chip called and with his enthusiastic attitude hooked my husband and myself right away. We discussed over the phone what we were looking for, he gave us some options, and the next day we went and as we talked about on the phone he made it happen. We gave him a price and said nothing over that figure, so he showed us some options with a new vehicle and the rebates that we may qualify for. And then a used vehicle with options. Bottom line he did what he said he could. We bought a brand new car for the price that we could afford. Chip took as much time as we needed to learn how to use all the new features. Then he did the same with our daughter, he showed her how to use all the features, we were never rushed. Then when we went to the finance department none of the figures changed. Lookout Ford is the only Ford dealer we will ever go to. Over the last 31 years we have bought and sold a few vehicles but we have never had this much of a great experience as we have had buying the Ford focus. The entire staff at Lookout Ford was happy to be there. Go see Chip is you want an honest salesman to sell you a Ford vehicle :)

Purchased a 2013 Ford F150 XLT crew cab
I just purchased a 2013 F-150 XLT crew cab from Cape Lookout Ford and by far they gave me the best deal around. My salesman Chip Lambert was great, he was not pushy and most of all he took the time to explain every datail about the truck. One thing I really liked about Chip he never once tried to up sell me into something that I really wasn's looking for, I told hime what I wanted and that's what he focused on. What a great experience. One last thing I would like to thank Ed the general manager, Tim, and Johnathan for making this buying experience a good one. I would definately drive from Jacksonville, N.C. again to purchase a vehicle from your dealership.
